Looks like homebrew developers have a new option.

I don't know if you knew this already, but Taito's US division was located in Wheeling, IL. Maybe someone who used to work for Taito America will get wind of this?

Am I the only one here who thinks that SNK should have put more thought into the Neo Geo CDZ's ventilation system? With that out of the way, I bet more Neo Geo CD homebrews would be nice.

Am I the only one here who would listen to what Yuzo Koshiro would make in Furnace Tracker's Neo Geo settings?

I thought I would share this hidden gem of a soundtrack:
This OST was composed by Yasuaki Fujita, and this was the last Super Famicom game he ever worked on.
-
That game is coming along nicely, and it looks like does a better job at doing what Rob Liefeld tried to do in the '90s.

You guys should be glad for when I do get around to developing for Neo Geo, I'll make the ROMs available for purchase for the Neo SD. (I'll still do physical releases, but having to make cartridge shells is just one of many things that have to be done.) I will say that all MVS releases will have shockboxes.

You would be shocked to hear that Taito ported Rastan Saga 2/Nastar Warrior to the Genesis and TurboGrafx-16/PC-Engine. To the you the truth, a Rastan Saga revival is certainly possible. All Taito needs is a good storywriter, excellent soundtrack, and apply what they learned from Bujingai. (Though, I wouldn't mind seeing a Rastan game in the vein of God of War.)

It is always nice to see more brawlers, including ones on the Neo Geo.

Fun facts about Syvalion.
1. The arcade version originally was going to be released in the US, but Taito America cancelled it fearing that it would be too weird and out there.
2. Syvalion was also known for emergent gameplay by loading up numerous story scenarios. One of which ties it to Darius.
Sources can be found at https://syvalion.fandom.com if you want to look. (RIP Fukio Mitsuji, creator of Syvalion, Bubble Bobble, and Rainbow Islands.)

Wow, you may have to show what you have made to Pigsy's Retro Game Development. However, judging from the lack of proper documentation, it still has a ways to go.
-
Wow, you have managed to get a lot done since I last checked. Don't try to rush for Christmas, however.

I'm glad that you give Taito the coverage that they deserve. Considering that this year is their 70th anniversary, it is high time they made a proper comeback in the US.

Here's one game from Treasure that has sadly been forgotten:
It just may be their best GBA game. Speaking of which, I don't think Advance Guardian Heroes deserved all the hate it got.

More Gamecube Shmups:
I own Chaos Field, and I like it.
To be frank, the GC needed more shmups.
-
Dragon Sword:
If you like Brawlers and Hack-and-slash games, this might be one to address the underlying itch.
-
I bet a Jaguar version of DaemonClaw would also be amazing.

Nice to see the Demons of Asteborg crew joining the Neo Geo homebrew community. Kudos for giving the system some more variety.

James Lambert brings us a USB-to-N64 adapter:
If only Marshall of Retroactive teamed up with him and Kaze Emanuar...

Nice to see that he's back in action after dealing with the most important. Will Krogharr work with the CD32 controller?
