Tried again right now, nothing to do. Is the only site where I have this problem. Express checkout with Google Pay but same "card invalid" error.

Is available at Intellivision Revolution store, unfortunately I gave up to purchase it because there is no way for me (PC, phone, credit card, Google Pay) to fulfill the payment, every try ends with "invalid credit card" but isn't true of course.

If after several emails sent to customer support asking if everything is ok with an order and if there are forecasts for shipping no response is received, some complaint from the customer is right and legitimate, moreover after 3 months have passed since the order.
Answers like "if someone is dissatisfied they can ask for a refund" sound intimidating and a little over the top, instead of using that tone it would be enough to reply to the emails sent by customers saying that there is some delay in the supply of the material and that the shipment has suffered delays.
A customer is always a customer, it doesn't matter if he is a video game enthusiast or if he is buying a book, after-sales support must always be present and guaranteed by the store.
Selling items is a business, leave the passion to the hobbists.

I have trouble too to contacting them, sent many mails but no response. It's been 3 months since I ordered several games but I still have no news of the shipment. It's probably the last time I've bought from that store, I don't feel accustomed.

I see. I finally managed to successfully close the purchase browsing the store with my phone and using Google Pay app to pay. What a mess but my poor credit card now has been accepted. 😆

Good to hear, you paid using ApplePay/GooglePay or directly using a credid card? My Mastercard is still not recognized.

Dumb question, I suppose i should see Google Pay as payment method? I see "Cash App Pay" only and it doesn't seems the right one to me. I'm from PC browser.

This message is mainly for the italian customers of Intellivision Revolution store. It's from many weeks that I can't purchase from the store because at the checkout my Mastercard credit card is not recognized (generic "is not a valid credit card" message).
I use that card on my ecommerce sites worldwide without any problem.
I wrote them without any answer, hoping Rev can do something about it.
Anyone else had the same problem and solved it?

The decision to separate into two different sales platforms and constantly in small quantities will greatly increase the incidence of "side" and shipping costs. Not to mention the dispersion that is created (buy one game on the store and one different game on eBay in the same day and have two different shipping rate ?! why ?!).
To all this is added the choice of times for adding that news, definitely "uncomfortable" for those living in Europe. There has been no attention to launching all these innovations in a timetable accessible at equal opportunities from the various time zones ...
The "general" perception that is obtained is of an increase in uncertainties, despite the end of the semiconductor crisis. I am very worried and slightly disappointed with these early post PRGE stages ...
Introducing a "backorders management" system would greatly help to optimize purchases, resources and costs (for both parties, producers and buyers) and would certainly decrease "the anxiety of making it on time". This suggestion is aimed at everyone, not only to Rev.
For my side (just to give an example), as soon as I woke up this morning in Italy, I find myself having to give up "Indiana Jones" (in low stock) because I don't want to spend on a second shipment for a single game, since it is already finished "Galaxian" and having already bought "Missile domination DX" and "Fast Food" last night (the first two new titles available) and already paid for a shipment ... )
I would also have found "Pitfall 2" on eBay and eventually a third shipment to pay (with all the additional costs it represents, especially when using the GSP, in addition to the obvious surcharge due to platform fees) ... But "luckily" it was already out of stock this morning .....
If that's the way to throw all the new games (a little here and a little there) already started with the Elektronite titles .. I think my waivers will be numerous .. due to excessive waste of time, energy and money. Let me know (mainly Europeans of course, because it is a more perceptible problem "on this side") what do you think, if I am exaggerating or if my concern is justified and real. Thanks and sorry "the outburst"

but I can't because, at the checkout, I get the following error about my MasterCard: "This card is invalid. Please use another payment method or try again.".
I wrote to the support but I got no answer. Can you check please? Now almost all the games are out of stock, they will be restocked soon?

I still have problems with the store, none of my cards (Mastercard and Visa) are accepted (error message "This card is invalid. Please use another payment method or try again."). So my only options are buying Tron from eBay or not buy it at all and if eBay prices are that high I'll follow the 2nd.
