  1. I just picked up Bad Cats & Big Guns by Williams, loving them! both late 80's machines..
  2. Cut it short! Here's to HOT Strippers! YEEEEHAW!

  3. After reading all this and laughing quite a bit... I've had people msg me for stuff on ebay after it ended with no bids.. felt it was wrong and told them I relisted the item so they could bid on it. You did wrong simple enough, just admit it. End of story. oh and I enjoy this very much, you god guys need to give it a watch. They Might Be Giants still is a great band..
  4. I'd love a regualar Atari users group meeting up again.. I'm in SE Wi. also
  5. Ok it seems as if AA won't let me upload a excel spreadsheet. So if anyone wants a list I'm going to need your email! Thanks
  6. I totally agree! lol! I don't look forward to shipping 400 Sega Genesis games!
  7. So I've decided its time to slim down my cart collection.. About 400 Genesis games, no duplicates, most in box with manuals (close to 98% or better, I'd say) A near complete 32X collection, box & manuals again except for one or two. (missing 6 games I think, 'Web of Fire' is in the collection) 55 or so boxed w/manuals Sega Cds, plus a binder with many loose discs (including Keio Flying Squadron). 85 or so unboxed, and 7 boxed SNES games. 65 or so plus Sega Game Gear collection with carry cases, 1 system, TV tuner, p/s, magnafier, 2 carry bags I DO NOT want to sell individual carts, I would like to sell each system type as a whole. My games are in clean, playable condition. No waterlogged, stained, or destroyed cart labels here. There are very little to no sports games, as I don't play/enjoy them. Would be open to trades with interest in Arcade and Pinball games. I'm working on a spreadsheet listing all the games, all I have left is the genesis to list. new baby sucks up alot of my freetime. just msg me and i can send the list as it is now.. Thanks for looking!
  8. Sure! Turn the game off, open the back door, STAY AWAY from the monitor, and change yer settings. I would recommend getting the real dip settings online, can't trust the DS to be 100% accurate.
  9. Yeah us KLOV guys would tell you to keep it a Xevious also.. Cap kit that baby or pay someone to do it.
  10. Well, I was looking to get 40.00 for each of them plus shipping..

A nice fully working with minor discoloring Atari 1040STF w/color monitor, mouse and cords The XF551 is now SOLD! Msg me! Here or danielrwilliams@wi.rr.com
  15. Yes I know theres a marketplace.. just figured this might be more direct and not lost in a shuffle. I have a near mint, XF551 Drive in its box for sale. I bought this back in the early 90's and have only used it a cpl times, since I wanted to save it and that I have an army of 1050's to play with. Looks and smells new in box, comes with ac and serial cable. Somewhere along the line I lost the floppy disk and manual. Have a baby coming and its one of those things I just don't need to hang onto anymore. msg me for pics and price! Thanks
  16. No, its a good idea. In fact I really love and like games that give animations to the smallest character! Typhoon Thompson on ST, and Jumpman jr, Boulderdash! give all the basic lil man idea, character due to little animations. Such as deaths, completed rounds, intermissions.. Look at the tragic falling in jumpman! hilarious! Keep it simple though. Maybe a little back story as to why these guys have to pop balloons? Whats going on at that circus?? Monkeys? Bratty kids releasing all the balloons, Angry circus owner??? Possibly a ground based character? Music grinder with pet? 3 ring circus background? Trapeze artists popping balloons? Maybe the power ups need to be circus themed? Hope any of this helps. God I wish I knew how to program!!
  17. And I would argue that the 7800+expansion module is backwards compatible with 7800 games. See where I'm going with this? ZylonBane makes a silly point. I want to see this expansion module see the light of day and all the negative comments aren't helping. It's not like Atari is picking up the slack here developing any new-old hardware. If it weren't for Curt and Legacy Engineering a lot of this cool stuff would just be in our imaginations, now what good does that do anybody? I'm not being negative at all. I want this, end of story. I'd like to get as many games as possible. I can just see what point he is making.. Doesn't mean I am against anything.. Hell, as a currently unemployed Illustrator, I'd love to help out in the packaging/label design aspect of it. Would give me something fun to do.
  18. Its not silly at all. The 7800 was a established format. It was only backwards compatible to take advantage of a well known and sometimes previously purchased game library. FYI I want to buy this, and the games for it. But if you step back, ZB does make a good point.
  19. I have a bunch of boxed C64 stuff, possible for sale.. Lots of nice stuff. I'm trying to decide if I want to focus on Atari computers only, or branch out into other areas.. Space with baby coming is at a premium. Msg me, I can send you a list. The neat thing, is it all has all those little knick knacks they like to include back then. I have a complete Ogre with all the goofy included items as an example.
  20. I will have a full size Moon Patrol in my arcade on Sunday! Making a trade!

  22. Ok, got it. Now whats with almost all the "buy it now" in the C64 software area? I can imagine with all the pirated copies out there, they would devalue the originals a bit. I have to say though, a full disk case of original disks is still rather neat to look through..
  23. People will buy them if they work, but they're generally not that "valuable". you do know i mean original diskettes, and not copies?
