I hope this is the correct thread for questions regarding Circus Convoy. I was wondering if the Game Cart is playable on a Retron 77. I know if I buy the collectors edition I can download the rom and play it on my Retron. But does the cart work as well? I know some carts don't work on the Retron.

A longshot perhaps but it seems strange that a company would buy up the name and interests formerly held by Hasbro, and then change their name to Atari with the new slogan "the legacy continues".
I am probably grasping at straws but it would be something if a new Atari console could make an appearance in retail stores. Hard to believe the Jaguar is going to hold the title of last Atari console forever.
So now that we are getting a new Atari console, what do you guys think? Are you enthusiastic about the new VCS?

I remember being really stoked up about this game when I was young. But by the time it got released I had already lost interest in Jaguar collecting so I never got it. I'm now slowly getting back into collecting. Unfortunately the game is crazy expensive on Ebay and I don't think my wife will agree with me spending that much money on a game when I still haven't bought her that new bath tub she wants. Any chance this game will get another production run?
I also wish that I could edit my older posts on Atariage. It seems my spelling was a bit lacking back when I first started this thread. English is not my first language.

My 4-year old daughter is showing some interest in playing video games with me. But she gets frustrated when playing Xbox because the games are too complex and the controller is hard for her to grasp with all the different sticks and buttons. So I was thinking of maybe trying out some 2600 games with her. I ordered a Hyperkin Retron77 that should arrive in the mail anytime soon now. Are there some good easy games suitable for a 4-year old that I could try out with her?

Are the carts on AA produced on demand in an unlimited supply or could they run out?

So then i guess iron soldier 2 is what probably 15~20 % faster than Iron Soldier 1, that's cool, awesome now just to hopefully find a jaguar cd cheap so I can just get the cd or by some chance find a fairly priced cart.
Telegames UK still have the cart for a pretty good price. I myself bought one of them from Telegames UK and i was very pleased.

But if the Atari Jaguar CD were to be realeased as a handheld console new games could be produced and then maybe more people than just the Jaguar fan community.
Big titles like the new Hyper Street Fighter 2 Anniversary edition could easily be converted. I absolutley belivie that it´s possible having in mind that Capcom let the brazilian company Tectoy convert Street Fighter 2 for the Master system.

What i Do find funny is that the atari jaguar is free to the public. meaning.
You can litterarly do anything with the console you want. modify it, sell it. marketing it. sell games , sell hardware etcetc.
But not so many people realise it.
What surprises me is why no one has thought of the idea to realease either the Jaguar, The Jag CD or maybe NUON as a portable console.

Since it's not FPGA I don't see a reason to replace my Retron 77 with this. But I have to say that I like the direction that Atari is taking with this. Hopefully one day maybe we will see an Atari 2600++ that is the real deal. I'd gladly pay a high price tag for that.
