Finally got my ducks in a row and took 2 days off to get better.  Sick as a dog right now, but heading to the doctor in a sec, I'll probably  play some Atari FB Portable in the waiting room...My Aunt is helping my dad who broke his arm in a car crash, and the girls are covering my shifts at work...I'm finally going to get better I hope.

For once at a family holiday one relative didn't have another relative at knifepoint. Verily, a Christmas miracle indeed.

I kinda wonder what's the most stupid mod anyone has done to their Atari. Like, adding rgb lights all over it and giving it a mat black paint job to make it look like a modern pc dumb... Y'know?

There's a used car lot about a block from work....Today as I drove by they had an old Ford Model T parked next to a Lamborghini.

Today I played the arcade game Black Widow for the first time (via Atari Flashback Classics on Nintendo Switch) and my first thought was, "Holy cow this game is amazing! It's like Robotron with bugs and more strategy!" My second thought was, "Why hasn't this been ported to the Atari 7800 yet!?"

ataribox is like something got smacked in the head and can only spin in circles now. These things do happen on the internet you know.. And flunkies are-a flock'n to the whole institution either as bashers or supporters. It just draws you in and you can't stop it. Can't look away.

It's nice that (for the most part) Atari 2600 games have stayed very affordable over the years. 2019 was the year of rebuilding my old Sega Genesis collection, which went quite well even though a lot of games had gone up in price, and I think 2020 is going to be the year I get my former Atari 2600 library back together.
