Great to have more new stuff.
Do you have any newer videos? I can only find this one from a couple of years ago.
I think you are limiting sales with 2 of the 3 games needing a lightpen. But it's cool you support it.

I have an original Debris and had no idea that there was a revisited version, so got quite excited when I read the first message.
Can't believe the original was 18 years ago! A lot of the homebrew is pretty much retro now.

$1,313!
That's crazy. There really is some cash in the Vectrex scene.
Whoever got lucky and got #100 must be thrilled, as that was also aluminium.

I go less than a day without checking the links and it's suddenly available and just as suddenly sold out?? Some things never change with the Vectrex scene. I guess I'll have to wait for the next release.
Anyone want to take bets on how quickly a copy will show up on eBay?
Not quite the usual as Steve has said he'll make sure there are enough to go around.
It's funny, I looked back at the release of Protector LE (20 years ago!) - That took over 3 weeks to sell out the 100 copies. How times have changed!

Damn it, time zones. Mid-April is the next batch, it seems. I hope I remember. Someone remind me or something.
I'll post on here as soon as I see it go live.
Apparently there will be enough to go around, you just need to be patient.

So who got the last one?
I was hitting refresh for ages and it was stuck on 2 left for quite some time. When it hit 1 it lasted a millisecond.
Someone got a cool aluminium cartridge there.

Is this for sale somewhere (just came across it and would love a copy)? I saw the 'coming soon' but wondered if i'd missed a pre-order thing?
Not yet, there will be no preorders, but it's coming very soon now.
I believe the first batch of 100 carts are built, but there are more to come.
I guess it is just a case of watch this space.

Looking really impressive, well done, the overlay really adds something too.

Nice work, thanks for sharing. I like the line drawing explanations, I had no idea it worked like that.

Really silly question, but even after visiting the site I can't tell what a Backbit would be used for?
-
I finally sourced a Pi Zero for a reasonable fee over the break, so shall be playing soon.
Have a look in this thread or the wiki it might be of more help:

That's actually a nice package, haven't seen a box for either the vecfever or robot arena (assuming 3rd party) plus he's got the 3d printed horizontal stand + an overlay. Also unless I'm mistaken that's a vecfever II (going by the vecfever 128 mb label).
It is and I'm sure the final price will fully reflect it!

Just a heads up. There are a few PiTrex back in stock (9 in a case, 3 without) at the time of writing...

Now just need top find a Zero.
-
The PiTrex looks great and has been on my list to get on the mythical day I have some free time in my life. It's just such a shame there is no way these can make a living for the creators so things can progress properly.
Probably a stupid question, but couldn't the PiTrex be adapted to take any Pi? Other than size/overkill is there any significant issue? I actually have several original Pis lying around 9appreciate they are probably useless) but also at least one of two free Pi3 and 4.

I'd be keen to get one too.
-
I've no idea on values, hopefully someone more knowledgable will be along soon, but I do know there are plenty of homebrew and found games that are worth more than most in your list.

I saw you get a plug in RMC - The Cave's recent VecFever video.
Should I ever get a Fever (hahahaha) or more likely when I get a PiTrex up and running I can see one of your spinner controllers in my future.
Are Spin-Carts still available anywhere?
-
This is brilliant.
I hope I never need it!

Is there ongoing development for Arcade Jason's idea of using LCD panels as digital overlays?
