  1. I should have added that the above two examples are to me probably not worth what I would need to pay to get them. I don't really collect, I just mostly buy games to play them
  2. I would like a CuttleCart, unfortunately, I can't fit the cost into my budget. I mostly want to try out the rarer games(and hacks) I could never afford on a real VCS.
  3. Does any one have a list of what game roms will work on an unmodified Super Charger? I don't have the necessary skills to mod one myself. Will any of these new hacks work? I would love to try some of them out on my VCS.
  4. Yes, that would be great if Ken would comment
  5. I sure hope the defective one you got is an isolated incident. I have been pretty excited about this product since AtariAge first posted the news about it. If anyone else has received one, please post here to tell us about how yours works
  6. I see that Sega Game Gear core system is being sold again for $29.99 and some games for $14.99. Is the fun you can have with Sega Game Gear worth this? I have never played it, so, I have no idea if it is any fun to play. Any comments, suggestions, or advice would be greatly appreciated. THANKS
  7. I would love to have a VCSp, but, unfortunately it is cost prohibitive. I guess I could skip paying rent for a month or two. Of course, I wouldn't have a place to live Hopefully, someone will be able to answer Matthew Vigor's questions from above. [ 10-25-2001: Message edited by: CosmicJoke ]
  8. Has anyone seen this in stores yet? I emailed the company producing this a while back and was informed that it would be in stores at the end of October. $19.99 for 10 Activision games and the ease of A/V input seems well worth the cost(only $2 a game). I hope this sells well enough to warrent additional versions, perhaps, some sort of paddle version to play paddle games(KaBoom)? Do you think this would be possible? Did Activision even make enough games that used paddles to justify a special version of this product? Sorry to ask so many questions, but, I am excited by this product and wish to stir up a discussion. Any ideas or comments?
  9. Hi, all! This is my first post. I would like to start off by offering some info. I have discovered that you can hook your VCS(without using that darn switch box)directly into your cable input on your TV if you plug the audio/video cable of your VCS into an adapter you can buy at Radio Shack. Video/Rf Adapter(Radio Shack Cat. # 278-255B) it adapts phono plug to fit "F" type jack(coaxial). It's less then $3. So, plug the a/v cable(of your VCS) into the phono plug end and then plug the other end into cable input of your TV. This really works well! After years of using those crummy switch boxes with their static and signal loss, I finally get to play with a perfect, clear picture!!! Woo Hoo!! The only draw back is I have to unplug my cable to plug in the VCS and then vice versa when I want to watch cable. I hope this is information that someone here can use. I don't think I have seen this anywhere else, but, if I am just repeating info that is common knowledge please forgive me.
