  1. I am looking for action/platformer type Genesis or Mega Drive games. I believe I can use both NTSC and PAL carts on my modded system. So, I am open to trades with those members outside the US too. I have 2600(boxed and loose) carts and some 7800(boxed and loose) carts that I could trade for the Genesis/MegaDrive games. I also have some DreamCast games(used and new, sealed) that I would trade too. I can give you a list if you are interested. I also have a WonderSwan(complete in box) with 3 games, all complete in box. I would trade this but only for a good deal. Please post here, email me, or PM me if you want to work something out.
  2. Well, I can't speak for anyone but myself: 1. I don't have the manual. 2. I had no reason to suspect it could be played with two joysticks because I wasn't that interested in the original arcade version.
  3. Oh, OK! I just recently got a 7800. I really knew very little about it when it originally came out. It(the 7800) came out during that brief period in my life when I thought I was "too old" for video games. So, I never paid any attention to any advertising related to it at that time. What the heck was I thinking? I think now that I know you can use two controllers, I will probably like it more.
  4. I would have to agree with the comment about spliting up the file a bit. I am, unfortunately, on a 56k connection. I would like to hear the interview, but, its seems like the file size is a bit too large. I know that this is my problem, but, it would be nice to download in smaller size files. I could then download(over a period of time) and listen to everything that might interest me and avoid that which might not. This is not a criticism, just my point of view.
  5. Uh, OK? Sorry if I offended anyone with that remark!?
  6. Good idea! Thanks for the information too. I never knew you could use two controllers to play!
  7. christianscott said: How did you add a pin adapter to it? I have one with the famicom slot and I would like to play some NES carts with it. Could you give me a brief explanation(or direct me to some directions on the net)?
  8. Stan, cool contest! My guess would be this: Entombed
  9. Please send me an email or PM so we can work out the details. It would be nice to have some new games for my 5200. I only have 3.
  10. $10.00 plus shipping for them? If thats the deal I'll take them. Would you ship them USPS Media Mail(its cheap)?
  11. I was wondering how long it was going to be before some numbskull tried that here. On the plus side, I have been a member for a year( and lurking for much longer) and this is the first time I've seen this here.
  12. I would be interested in a set, as long as the labels work out as being less then a $1 each. Well, as long as the set costs less then finding Activision carts with good labels.
  13. Here is a scan of the controller. They are funky.
  14. It is meant as a replacement for the standard Atari joystick. It should work with any game requiring a standard joystick. Oh by the way, you need to push down on the joystick to fire, jump, etc.
  15. I have a logo. It isn't exactly what you need but I'll post it any way. I made a silkscreen of this and printed up a few shirts. I have a higher quality version if you need it.
  16. IceCold: Yes, that sounds good. Lemmi, thanks for the information. I was't even aware of a battery pack for the Game Gear.
  17. lionrohrs, Thank you for a very smooth transaction! It would be great if we could have future trades/transactions! I would be glad to give my "reference" for you in any future AtariAge transactions. Thanks Again, CosmicJoke
  18. Garbs, Thank you for your kind words! Very fast payment and good communication. I wish my transactions on eBay went as smooth and easy as this one. I would be very pleased to provide a "reference" for you for any other trade/transaction here at AtariAge. I am glad you are happy with your games! Hopefully, we will do business again in the future.
  19. IceCold: I do have a CGC that I don't use, but, my girlfriend does. So, it would not be smart for me to trade it. Yeah, that Game Gear eats batteries like crazy! I really need to get an AC adapter for it.
  20. **Disclaimer: This is my OPINION and aimed at no one in particular. Well, I think the PS2 DVD player is fine. I also don't know why people complain about it. Although, the complainers always seem to be those people that DON'T own a PS2. Initially, I also was not impressed by many PS2 titles. However, around the middle of last year my opinion changed. As others have noted, many of the earlier decent titles now cost only $20. Why would you BUY a PS2 and THEN complain about the price of games? How could you not be fully aware of the cost of the games before you purchased the system? Were the game prices hidden from you UNTIL you bought the PS2? Complaining about the price of PS2 games after you buy the system is just silly. If $50 for a game is too much for you, then wait for it to go on sale somewhere. Or, wait a few months and its price will most likely drop.
  21. NES(cart only): Pac-Man(TENGEN) Ikari Warriors II: Victory Road Friday The 13th
  22. IceCold, here is my DreamCast for trade stuff: used, excellent condition: Sega Smash Pack Volume 1 Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX New sealed in original shrinkwrap Space Channel 5 Unreal Tournament Blue Stinger
  23. IceCold: I should be getting a Sega Nomad in a week or so. I will need some games. Here are the ones I am interested in: Mortal Kombat 2 Box & Instructions World of Illusion starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck Box & Instructions Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Box, no Instructions Sonic 3D Blast No Instructions, has an unlabeled Box. Label on cart in bad condition I would need to trade for these. I have some 2600, 7800, DreamCast, and a couple NES games. Let me know if you are looking to trade for any games for these systems.
  24. "or at ACO Hardware stores, if you have one of those stores near you " I have never heard of this store, so, I don't think I have one near me. Although, sometimes I can be incredibly unobservant. I sure hope I can find a cheap one somewhere. I would hate to guess the polarity wrong and ruin a 2600! I bought a medium sized lot of "junker" 2600's, a couple other systems, and some accessories on eBay. My hope is to gather up a couple of working sets and make a reasonable profit. With the profit I want to get the new PSX to 5200 adapter that Clay Cowgill is producing. Sorry for the back story, I guess I am feeling chatty today.
