Ya, I looked on cafepress yesterday before I posted and you can get a 150 page book printed for less than $11. If you don't want to set it up, is there any way you will let someone else manage getting it printed?

I think it would be nice to have a book. Is there any news on this? Is it likely that you will find someone to print it? Thanks.
