  1. An adapter? 410s just plug into the wall. No?
  2. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...&category=45101
  3. You should still be able to upload the scan to Atari Age, just use the Add Attachment section. In any case, I sure that Albert will want a scan when the 8-bit section is available.
  4. You silly! Michael is the white chick and Janet is the black, desperate for publicity, former pop star. Then again, you never see them together Hmmm
  5. Any PMs? If not, I have some 1010s somewhere. You mean I would have to find a cassette and test the thing? Argh.
  6. The moral of the story is to never buy a Commodore.
  7. Has anybody used this feature of Paypal? Any comments? This is off-topic for sure, but I think this is where the heavy PayPal users hang out, so indulge me this time.
  8. Thanks, Rob. Activision had dull labels on the 8-bit carts. Maybe H.E.R.O. is decent, but, out of 15 carts, nothing really memorable.
  9. Then there is the 1245XLD http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=2780080797 Très rare Special vaporware for the French market.
  10. Wow! A whole new realm of video game trading. Need new hot water heater. Will trade one prototype or two rarity 9s.
  11. What? You mean people are getting excited over a game thats 80% incomplete, of low quality and unplayable. That'll never happen.
  12. Solution: Just get Albert to move it up to a 9.
  13. And some of these people grow up and reproduce.
  14. It may take a long time to "get" someone, if at all. They maybe in some country where its next to impossible to lock them up. Forwarding to Spoof mail, though, should shut down their activities. This is why I always do it. Here is my response from Paypal: "Thank you for bringing this suspicious email to our attention. We can confirm that the email you received; was not sent to you by PayPal. The website linked to this email is not a registered URL authorized or used by PayPal. We are currently investigating this incident fully. Please do not enter any personal or financial information into this website"
  15. I got one for Paypal. It was for "a survey". Actually pretty well done with lots of links "proving" their legitimacy. The dead giveaway was the generic "Dear Paypal User" salutation. Paypal or eBay knows your Paypal or eBay account name and always will use it in correspondence. Forwarded it to spoof@paypal , of course.
  16. Emkay- Vielen Dank!! Ich erwartete die Übersetzung nicht durch eine Person. I plan to have a website and include a lot of "tidbits" like this. Of course, I have been saying this for about two years now. Death -I have been a pygmy in the recent auctions!
  17. That one would be really expensive!
  18. Hmm. What I read was that the 8-bit contains an extra adventure because the programmer finished with weeks to spare. He may have done this during the debug stage of the C64, so the stories may still be consistent.
  19. Congrats to a DeathbyPomergranite on winning this rare cart. Andre, what do you mean by "Matterhorn #4"? Are you hinting of something to come?
  20. "We fishin' and drinkin' beer when we saw the aliens"
  21. Never played it, but it was Imagic. They released Demon Attack and Atlantis on cart for the 8-bit. I don't recall if Wing War on disk/cassette was actually released or not.
  22. Maybe you are right. I think paid almost that for a Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino at Starbucks. Venti of course.
