I just called all parties trying to monetize on the Amiga name/brand/technology to be rabies infested vultures. It feels both good and appropriate.

The issue seems to be there is not one holder of whatever rights there remains to hold, but multiple parties arguing they have the rights and trying to block eachother. Most recently it was an Amiga oriented magazine trying to claim their magazine title but was blocked by another party in the Amiga realm - doing hardware, not magazines and who at first had indicated they had no problem with more things Amiga but when push came to shove apparently did have a problem with it.
