Like Climber sez, something a little more niche to community. On screen imagery is always great, like the tank or Yar sprites. Missle Command mushroom clouds are also great.
Got the krocodile kart a while back. Gave a little more support recently by getting Ultra SCSIcide and the Synthcart. Now I wish I has some time to enjoy them.
Got this little gem in the mail today to complete my Telesys colection. Aside from a scratch on the label it is minty fresh. I almost thought it was fake.
I personally think consoles belong in front of a couch or easy chair. I understand the need for tiddyness. Maybe a custom coffee table with storage kind of loungy and home like.
Controller ports up front, a power indicator(LED) are improvements IMO. But it functions the same aside from the different power supply. I value them between $30 and $50. The market may say otherwise on any given day of course. I really like this model.
The words "great" and "Pac-Man" never go together. Just not a fan on any platform I like that homebrewers are keeping at it though.
That game does look great though possibly even awesome.
I've probably gutted every one at least once when I was being paid to make MAME cabs. Kind of a shame but the can't all be saved, they weren't mine anyway
I had fun seagull hunting last week. After completing the Vespucci beach skydive side mission where you aim to land on the moving boat. Stay on the boat and let the driver drive you around while shooting seagulls with the shotgun. Good for ten minutes of fun at least
I see a lot of similarities between games and movies or even music. Some old ones are good some new ones are good. I like Motown but hate opera. I hate SMB but love GTA but identify as a classic gaming enthusiast.
