  1. Hi folks, as some of you know by now, I have an online eBay store specializing in DVD movies and games. my ebay user ID is: onlinecritic I recently got a shipment of Spiderman 2 Special Edition 2 disc DVD set. These sets are in *MINT* never played condition. The discs are pefectly nice and clean. I have over 100 copies of the Widescreen edition, and over 50 copies of the fullscreen edition! So here's the special I'm putting together now: 10$US for a copy, shipped to your door! Anywhere in Canada and the USA! paypal: leonki@gmail.com and your copy will be in the mail via air mail!
  2. Just a quick update.. I managed to get my hands on a few more hard to find donor carts. It's close to imposible to find the correct donors right (w/o paying crazy eBay prices for them). So if you were thinking of ordering a cart.. now might be your last chance. Because when these donors are gone.. they'll be gone. And I'll switch to "customer supplies donor cart" mode only .. Cheers.
  3. Believe it or not, I sold more Recca carts than FF2!! Only Earthbound outsells them all. Recca is a GREAT wild game! Best shooter for the NES and better than 1/2 the shooters on my arcade mame machine!
  4. I'm not sure whom.. I'm not sure why.. (I can always point fingers) but Yahoo today decided to terminate my 5 year account with them. Sure, I'm pissed about it, but for every account I lose 2 come into its place. I can always speculate who did what and why.. but frankly.. I don't give a damn. So if any of you have any outstanding orders with me (I know who you are) please e-mail me ASAP on my new e-mail address: leon@nesreproductions.com So no.. I did not disappear.. just moved to bigger and greater things.
  5. I recently picked up a huge lot of manuals (mostly for NES) and in it were dozens of atari manuals. I don't know anything about Atari.. so I just made up a quick list of of the manuals. I assume the first games are for Atari 2600, but it doesn't say it anywhere, while the ones under 2600 have 2600 writen on the front. Most of these manuals are © 1978 or so to 1983. If you see multiple numbers next to the game name, that's because I got multiple copies of the manuals. So here goes: 1 = Mint brand new shiny condition 2 = Excellent condition. Small wrinkle or scuff on 1 or more pages 3 = Good condition. Small water spots or rust spots or a tear 4 = "ok" condition. ink spots, writing and/or tears 5 = poor. Missing pages, etc. Atari 90-day warranty card 3 Atari 49 game catalog (red cover) 2 Atari Force comic 4 Atari Swordquest challenge contest poster 2 Activision cart catalog + warranty card 2 Activision Video Game Cartridge Catalog 2 Air-sea battle 1,2 Atlantis 3 Berzerk 2,2 Boxing (activision) 2 Circus Atari 2 Combat (black label) 2,2 Combat (white label) 2 Demon Attack 2 football 2,3 Frogger 3 Frogs and Flies 2 Golf 2 Laser Blast 3 Megamania 2 Missile command (sears) 2 Missle command (atari) 1 Othello 4 Outlaw 1,2 Pac-man 2 Riddle of the Sphinx 2 Space War 2 Star Raiders 1 Super Challenge Baseball 3 Surround 2 Video Olympics 3 Warlords 3,1 Atari 2600 System manual (model CX2600) 3 Battlezone 3 Boxing 3 Centipede 3,3 DigDug 1 ET 2,2,2,2 Football 1,2 Jungle Hunt 2 Pole Position 2 QBert 4 Vanguard 3 Volleyball 1 Tips on getting ET home fast poster 1 I'm not sure how much this stuff is worth. 50 cents per manual sounds fair?? I accept paypal and charge actual shipping cost (from Toronto, Canada). Again, I got these manuals in a huge lot I purchased from the states. Cheers!
  6. darn stupid fingers! Mind always faster than the keys. Sorry.. don't know the product name/model.. it's probably different as well (I'm in Canada). Just go in and ask them. They're very helpful.
  7. Stales has special labels made for color printing.. they're not very water safe, but they're better than anything else out there. Some of my customers went as far as laminating the labels after getting the reproduction from me.
  8. Quick update to the list of available games.. now available: Final Fantasy 3!! As far as I know, this game was never available in North America as any release! It's fully translated to English and works great! The game itself is HUGE (uses 4Mbit EPROM chip!) and requires 2 donor carts to be produced! (1 donor cart for the PCB + 1 donor cart for the extra RAM chip!) As always, click on my sig for more info.
  9. The development lab never sleeps.. 2 more reproductions are now available: Super Mario Brother 2 (Japan Edition): Chronicle of the Radia War
  10. check out arcadecontrols.com.. a lot more helpful stuff for what you're trying to accomplish. As far as conversions to mame.. it's more of what you can get your hands on rather than picking what you want to get.
  11. Quick update to the list of available games.. now available: MINI PUTT!! As always, click on my sig to get more info to this and many other great games!
  12. hmmm... wow.. talk about a highjacked thread! Sorry folks. I only reproduce NES carts.. I do them for myself, and decided to help others that want to play these great games on their systems as well.
  13. Take it easy with those eproms.. one wrong twist (while you swap between FF2 and EB back and forth) and it's game over! That's why all the carts I make have the eproms soldered to the PCB and the game is fully closed. Works in any NES system without a need to hack the heck out of it in order to get the proto cart to fit! (unless you have a top loader, but then you still have the EPROMs exposed!)
  14. Click on the link for Robocop vs Terminator.. scroll to the bottom, and click back. Then select unreviewed. You'll find the EB dump there. Or just click here: http://64.53.95.207/noreview.html
  15. Here's a little tip.. when you visit my web site, you'll notice a link to sites in the name of each cart. Most of those links will direct you directly to the ROMs! Like I posted in my original web site.. I'm not selling the ROMs, I'm not selling the labels. All I'm selling is the carts + my time/work. And yes.. Toronto rocks! Except it's dry as the desert when it comes to classic gaming.. too many darn collectors out there!
  16. Knowing Sony's new "quality control".. I'll wait till the 3rd generation of the unit before buying one! For all you know, future add-ons will not work with the initial release!
  17. There are a lot of good original pirate games. Eonman for example was found in a pirate game.. even though it was initially developed by a non-pirate company.
  18. You should disable the lockout chip in your NES to make sure famicom games work. I had a handfull of pirates from Hong Kong, and none worked until I disabled the protection in the NES. Good luck!
  19. Hi folks! I'm surprised I haven't visited this forum before. I've always heard of AtariAge, but always assumed it was for Atari collectors only. Well.. I'm glad to finally make it here!! For those of you who don't know me.. I'm a fanatic NES collector and an active member on both Digital Press and CCGC (for you canadians in the crowd!) as far as this topic goes.. if you want more info: http://ca.geocities.com/leonki
