  1. I ordered one. It's on it's way. Going to use it on my gx4000.
  2. I think the oldest game i bought myself and still have would be Ferrari Formula One by E.A. That i bought in 1989 for pc. We had a pong before but that one is gone. We also had a cpc464 but i only had 1"backup" game for it.
  3. Have a look at this video. Think he is telling how you can buy games.
  4. Everything you need to know about hardware or homebrews can be found on the videopac forum.
  5. A good source for all the different systems is : http://www.videogameconsolelibrary.com/pg70-1292_vc4000.htm#page=reviews . I own the audiosonic pp-1392. Tought i had the 1292. The 1392 is basicly the same as the 1292, but it has a built in poweradapter.
  6. You mean the emerson arcadia 2001. This isn't a vc4000 compatible. It uses the same processor, but the graphics chip is an upgraded version. It's not compatible.
  7. Maybe you should look better? The home computers did have pretty advanced games, programmed by big companies. Take a look at the MSX. Great games from konami like Metal Gear, Vampire Killer( castlevania).
  8. No, you're not wrong. I just wanted to say that there are different kinds of packagings. One that uses different screenshots of different systems that the game is available and that is compatible with just one system. And combo boxes that have screenshots for different systems and contain the software for those systems, like my box for bionic commando that is compatible with amiga and dos.
  9. Think you talking about the shuttle xpress.I have bought a shuttlexpress pro for editing video's, but after switching to win 7 i couldn't use it any more.
  10. I have one unit that needs to warm up for about a minute before the screen comes to life. Need to replace caps on that model. My other units turn on in about 5 seconds i think.
  11. Using screenshots from different systems was used a lot back in the day. Usual the system with the best looking graphics was on top or had the most screenshots. I own a Amiga game that is also compatible with the pc. Think it came with 2 disks. But the box clearly says for dos and amiga.
  12. There will also be a 30year celebration of the Amiga in Amsterdam the Netherlands. At june the 27th. With a lot of special guests. Have a look at http://www.amiga30.eu for more info.
  13. Every mario or zelda related game. I really want to complete my cd-i collection with zelda adventure, but there is no way i'm going to pay more then 15 euro for it.
  14. I don't like the subforums. I hardly read the subforums, but when the info about a computer i don't own or that i'm not to familiar with is in the general forum i read it.
  15. I have 2 vectrex, one works perfect, the other needs to warm up a minute before the screen kicks in. need to replace the caps on that one. but after it is on temprature it works great. make sure the brightness isn't set to high otherwise you can get white dot burned into the phospher.
  16. i made a photo frame from a broken laptop. I flipped the screen, had to extend the display ribbon cable and reversed the laptop so the back of the laptop was stuck onto the back of the screen. glued a photoframe to the bezel and installed photoviewer software to cycle through the photo's.
  17. A friend of mine had a ls120 drive. Always liked the concept of using the 3.5" format to store 120mb on a superfloppy while maintaining backwards compatability with the standard 3.5" 1.44mb disks.
  18. Can't do harm putting a original o2 joystick to a atari compatible ports. Ground isn't connected and a few other lines are different. Nice looking o2.
  19. Great system. Looks very nice indeed.
  20. The cd-i had about 124 games, so i count it as a serious system, even if Philips never designed it as a game sysytem.
  21. Games i think after the war cartridge for commodore 64. Os boxed beos r5
  22. If your tv supports ntsc it wouldn't be a problem. But why connect it first to a vcr and then to the tv? Why not connecting it directly to the tv.
  23. Not that i know. Here is some info about the pinout http://nfggames.com/forum2/index.php?topic=2905.0
  24. Guess you're better off selling your sealed copy and get a unsealed copy and some spare cash. That's why i don't buy sealed. I don't have to feel bad, if i open them up. I do have a few sealed games, most of them for the nokia ngage. But they are still sealed because i didn't have time to play them yet.
