I'm desperate to get hold of an Atari Pong system but I live in the UK. I've never seen a PAL model on ebay and I wonder if anyone knows if it was ever released here?

i didnt own an Atari 'till fairly recently, having spent the early 80s on my ZX Spectrum (I think they called it a Timex in the states - it's the computer rareware started on), having given up on gaming through the dull Megadrive Snes years (how many platform games can you buy???) i spotted one in a charity store. being unemployed at the time i rushed in with £5 ($8 ish) to reserve it. i didnt need to, the old dears in the store were selling this VCS six-switch woody, boxed (with bubble wrap, warranty card, manual and pacman) for £1.50!!! (thats about $2.30) hahahahaaaaa! Not long after that I bagged my first Activision carts (Kaboom and Freeway) and my love affair with this awesome console was assured. I'm still toying with an idea to wood-panel my PS1

yeah, I've found that the big blue space on the bottom of Playstation 2 discs is great for writing your Kaboom! scores. Correction fluid works best

don't know if this is of interest (i'm new) but I read on Atariage, that there were just 3 white label activision Pal carts released, well, I have a 1983 frostbite and 84 HERO, both white label and both distributed by Salu (whoever the heck they are). rarey? Even if they are, I'd much rather have the standard carts, these are tacky!
