  1. You mean like matching the game to the right clue? I can make it so that you have to guess each clue and can't just type in all the games at the beginning.
  2. I hadn't thought of doing that. I may go ahead and make it accept it or could just make it so the word "the" is not required.
  3. For anybody who tried the game out, I'm thinking about adding the release year as extra information. Would that help out or would it just clutter it up? The release year would be in a third column on the right side of the answer.
  4. I made a 5200 quiz on Sporcle where you have to name all the original release games. Try it out please and let me know what you think. If anybody has any suggestions to make it better I would greatly appreciate the help. http://www.sporcle.c...ari-5200-games2
  5. Easy-Baldies (except for level79), Rayman, Bubsy (except for the lobster boss), Evolution: Dino Dudes. Hard-Hover Strike, level 79 on Baldies, Checkered Flag (controls), Protector, lobster boss on Bubsy.
  6. Of course. I just really liked having all my Jaguar stuff stored two feet away from my main TV for quick and easy access.
  7. We are moving so I have to bid adieu to one of my favorite features of the house: the built-in in the living room that I used to store my Jaguar stuff. A sad day.
  8. It's still awesome, but not as much as if you had used an original joystick. I looked on the website to see what was written about it there, but I couldn't find it. Only two runs done on the Gameboy Advance.
  9. Great job! What kind of controller did you use?
  10. I would put Total Carnage in with the second group. I think all Songbird releases would go together.
  11. How would you keep the rest us of out? We would attack and lay siege to your special sub-forum.
  12. Would Battlesphere and Battlesphere Gold be two separate entries? What about Protector and Protector: Special Edition? Of course I have neither of the former, but that is a problem for a lot of Jaguar collectors.
  13. I'm pretty sure he was talking about the Jaguar version since he mentioned the keypad, but that function could have been taken out before release like you say.
  14. As a big fan of Baldies (and one of the few who have conquered all 100 levels) the most important part of the interview for me was that he said the game did have secret codes in it. If you talk to him again let him know there are fans (or at least fan) out there that would like to know those codes. Also if you do talk to him again ask him about the car because I never once came across one in all my time playing it. Great interview, thanks for doing it and sharing it.
  15. The ebay one ended at $13,988.89. Less than half of what the first boxed Air Raid went for.
  16. Maybe we will see a boxed Ultravision Karate or something along those lines. I really don't think the ebay Air Raid is going to effect the Chase the Chuck Wagon (yes I still use the old name) Air Raid at all. Is anybody else kind of surprised they did such a short auction for the ebay one?
  17. I wonder if Tanman knows. I'm going to guess no since he hasn't shown up. Somebody who has his number, Albert or wonder I'm sure at least used to have it, should call him up and tell him to check in. Maybe seeing a picture of the manual will jog his memory about what happened to his manual.
  18. It ended at $260.55! That is a lot of money for a loose 7800 game. Looking at the bid history only two bidders went above $60.00. You really only need two people competing for the bids to get up there in anything.
  19. After the first boxed Air Raid auction ended didn't one of the other big spenders show up and say he didn't know about the auction and would have bid if he did? If I am remembering right, then that guy and the guy who Wonder007 beat out might bid this one up just as high or higher than the other one.
  20. Going between Austin and Houston you will probably drive through Bryan/College Station There is small chain called FX Game Exchange that has lots of retro stuff. There is one in College Station and there might be one in Bastrop which is a little outside of Austin, but I heard it closed. There is a small chain in Austin called Game Over Videogames. There is also a Console Game Exchange in Temple, which isn't too far outside of Austin. Looking at Game Over Videogames' facebook page, it looks like they have two locations in Austin, one in Round Rock (suburb of Austin), one in San Antonio, one in San Marcos (in-between Austin and San Antonio), and one in Houston. If you go off course for any reason, there are also FX Game Exchanges in Waco, Brownwood/Early (central Texas), and in McKinney and Plano near DFW. And if you go really off course there is a retro store way down in Corpus Christi.
  21. Is it just me, or is the going rate for a loose copy of Tank Command gone way up lately? I could be remembering wrong, but I recall loose Tank Commands never going above $50. Now they easily hit $100 or come very close. Has this been going on for a good while and I'm just barely noticing it, or is it a recent trend?
  22. It was pretty good, but nothing compared to script Ohio!
