  1. I have a K serial Jaguar, and this did not work for me. I formatted the card, reinstalled the firmware and followed the steps outlined above to no avail.
  2. Nice video SainT! Did you ever find out what was up with the Battlemorph static sound/attempted-music-stream? If it is caused by it trying to stream music from the disc, can you mute the static by pressing zero on the keypad during gameplay?
  3. This is beyond awesome! I repurchased a Jaguar two years ago when you first starting working on this with the hopes of once again playing my favorite Jag Game of all time: BATTLEMORPH!!! Now that dream looks likely to come true! Thank you so much SainT for all your hard work!
  4. I don't know the answers from the top of my head. But I remember it being answered in the past.
  5. My guess is because he/she had greater interest in this post/project than the person who can't be bothered to "wade through" previous posts. If you were as pumped about it as they were, you wouldn't complain about reading up on it. As it is, it is bothersome to get notifications of new posts only to find they are questions on things that have already been answered.
  6. I think I understand now. Kind of like the Jag is constantly streaming data to the cartridge slot while the ngcd just loads in batches?
  7. I too don't understand what is meant by "proper cd system". I thought all the Jag cd did was dump a couple of MB at a time to the cartridge slot.
  8. Battlemorph was easily the best game made for Jaguar CD and arguably the best game made for the Jaguar in general. I can't wait to play it again. Also, excuse my ignorance on the development of SD Carts, but does the Jaguar CD work in a similar way? (taking the info from CD, flash a bit to the carts RAM, and loading it) Would reverse engineering the Jag CD be helpful in developing this SD Cart?
  9. It's been about 15 years since I've last played through BattleMorph. When I heard about this project a year ago, I bought a working Jaguar in anticipation!
