  1. There is also is a 6 switch telegames and an intellevision 1

15 Atari games, 7 Intellivision games. Worked 20 years ago.

I can practically guarantee these will all be extremely common cartridges in average to poor condition and not worth an hour-and-a-half round trip unless A) you actually need them, B) you don't care about condition, and C) they cost basically nothing.

  2. I have a 2600Jr, Video Arcade 2, and a 7800 to play 2600 games on. No Intv stuff at all, that's actually only the 4th one I've seen for sale local, 2 were broke and one was a $200 Intv 2 at a flea market rhat I assume will be there forever.

  3. I'm not entirely sure, that was just my interpretation of it. I agrer on fewer laws though.

If that's the case then there is no need for a new law. The copyright owner is transferring ownership or abandoning the IP. Less laws = good laws.

  4.

Or tell him you DON"T support it. Things have copyrights for a reason.

I understood Orphan Works laws to only take effect if the original copywriter signed off on making things public domain or passed on without selling or willing the rights to someone else.
