Hi, I got a Ti99/4a PAL version and when I plug it in it shows this..

 

 

I have checked the power supply and the internal power board and it gives correct voltage.

So it is a chip. I have seen on google that can be from Static ram to CPU...

 

Does anybody know what chip is faulty?
