Rest in peace Sir. Benjamin Smith of Bravo Sierra Computers, I just wanted to share with everyone that I was a very close brother and friend with Ben, I have several Atari Jaguar’s here that I helped liquidate from his apartment store. We traded a lot of games in the Atari Jaguar, Atari 7800, and Atari Lynx II platforms. I introduced him to much of the history of the 7800 in the past 23 years, and he taught many things to me in return and helped me reestablish a connection with Curt Vendel prior to his passing also in the past few years and when his website was up I was one of his featured customers. When I was elected to the WY House of Representatives, Ben urged me to take Atari IP to the house floor…we would talk about my US Air Force experience in the Comm Flight of the 153rd airlift wing and he would talk about how he thought of Cheyenne Mountain and NORAD and how many video game titles for Atari 8-bit and above, we’re based on military realities including how some early software was contracted with the US Army to produce early eight bit simulation games. I’m taking Ben’s departure a bit hard, but I hope I can make more Atari friends out here in the cyber world to build a positive force for Atari yesterday, today, and forever.
I love you too brother Ben. Please pray for us here on earth, that we might encourage two player and multiplayer games again so that the world is not dominated by individualistic isolationism in game play. If you have not played Atari today, play with a friend, a neighbor, a family member, enjoy each other’s company-Life is short. Infant Divine Jesus, please be with this entire community, to teach us You’re Will and not ours. Amen.

Atari Evangelizer, John Romero aka JBRM here - ⭐ My fresh experience is similar, directly after the start up and Fuji (/|\) symbol in black and white, and a streaming vector graphic of arcade astroids, then after pushing the center Fuji start bottom on the Atari modern controller, and the button a as directed-mine goes directly to the “HELLO” screen in red and asked me to select the language, in which I select “English,” … immediately my system goes to a green screen which shows all of my neighbors Wi-Fi networks. In the lower right hand portion of the screen it only shows a, select, B, back, X, refresh I do not see a bypass here though I will try connecting a USB keyboard to try to skip. Technical problem, no known solution for me at this point.
