  1. Happy 20 year anniversary to Extinction. Thank you for providing us with 20 years worth of awesome hacks/hombrews.
  2. Will there be chances later on to purchase copies as well (for those of us who can't attend the shows). If so I may wait......
  3. Edit from my original comment two years ago: 😂🤣 The Gameline game pages for the binder were actually released in five waves. Wave 1: The first 35 game pages came with the binder when you received it. Wave 2: Around thirty days later you received 20 additional game pages in the mail with a updated game directory for your binder. Wave 3: In the first issue of Gameliner magazine you received 6 new game pages (with a updated game directory). Wave 4: In the second issue of Gameliner magazine you received 6 more new game pages (with a updated game directory). Wave 5: They sent you the final 9 pages in the mail with the final game directory that lists all 76 games
  4. Still following this project. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that someday I'll be able to play this on a cartridge 😎
  5. Awesome site *stepping out of my Delorean*
  6. Yes you are absolutely correct (love the ultrasonic remote)..... I have a few old CRT's, but this one is absolutely my favorite to game on. The picture and color quality is amazing. I don't get to use this setup often because this is actually stored at my parents house in their basement. I decided to bring my copy of Raptor over because we were visiting and I had some down time. It was fun firing up the old TV again.
  7. I love the title screen music for the Homebrew game Raptor (for the Atari 2600)

  8. Another beautiful masterpiece. I still can't wrap my mind around the fact this is a 4K game. I love the double tap feature for dropping the bombs♥️ I haven't made it to 1000 points yet, but I will soon. I got really close tonight.
  9. I personally think....... The best years of Alien Greed we're when Scott and Chris worked together. I bet it was met with disagreements and other challenges, but the end result were two awesome games. I would love to see another collaboration.
  10. My daughter helping me create a Atari 2600 cartridge label

  11. You have so much cool stuff....... Looks like a great place to hang out
  12. Thank you so much for letting me put it on a cartridge. I know for copyright reasons you changed the animatronic characters in the game. But when I was putting together a label for the cartridge I just loved this image. The image was the night watchman shining his flashing light on the animatronics and felt it was very fitting for the game title. Anyways...... Here are some of my notes. 1. I think when the doors are closed it should drain a little bit more of your power (so you're forced to keep the doors open at times). As the game sits now, you can keep the doors completely closed for the first 6 nights without running out of power. So you really don't have to play the game until night 7. 2. I'm still not able to beat night 7 yet😂. 3. I don't have the ability to play any BIN files on a emulator, except for my crappy cell phone app (which is why I wanted permission to put it on a cartridge). On my phone emulator there is quite a lot of "flashing/flickering" in the game. I think this is a similar problem that Pac-Man had when emulated. However, the game looks great on a CRT (no flickering at all). It's definitely a better playing experience on a CRT than it is playing on an emulator 👍
  13. The heat stamps appears to say "191". Heat stamps are read "WWY" so that means it was made the 19th week of 1981
  14. Is this the final version, or do you think there will be a few more updates in the future? Looks great....... I was wondering if I could get it put on a actual cartridge at AtariAge so I can play it on my original setup?
  15. Love the picture. It reminds me of something I would see on a '70s Children Educational TV program
  16. It's just the corner of my garage. I put it together for about $300 a few years ago. Unfortunately I don't have a carpet vender. The carpet is original 1981 carpet. A buddy of mine had it in his home and was getting new carpet. I asked him to save me some of the old carpet so I can use it for my gaming corner.
  17. You know....I never thought of that. You are right, pinball lights did handle well?
  18. So I recently picked up a brand new Cosmic Commander controller. I can certainly appreciate the gimmick Milton Bradley was trying. In my opinion: Pros...... The controller lights up and vibrates everytime you press the fire button. I find that these two features adds a little more dynamics to the game and does offer a little bit more of an enjoyable experience when playing. Rumble features are pretty much standard in modern controllers and I believe the Cosmic Commander (and Flight Commander) were the first controllers to have this feature. Cons....... 1. The controllers only works well with first person flight or racing games. Star Wars the Arcade Game (2600) would be another good game to try it on. 2. Due to its size and bulkiness, it only works good as a tabletop controller. 3. 4 D batteries....... I wonder how long they will last 4. Putting a rumble feature on a controller with a very small incandescent light bulb from the 80s? how long do you think that light bulb will last with all that shaking. I imagine these controllers would break relatively quick if it was given to a 10 year old child as a gift. My son really enjoyed playing Survival Run. It took him a little while to figure out how to navigate the maze, but he seemed to have more fun using the Cosmic Commander controller than the standard it's Atari controller. Here is a photo of my son trying it out last weekend

"With the Voice Commander, now YOU can yell at inanimate objects and not be considered mentally deficient!"

  20. You have a great collection. I see a few titles I wish I had. Why did they leave Basic Math out of the 30th anniversary collection?
  21. Is there any way to lower the H.E.R.O sprite so it looks like he's not walking on air?.
  22. Can we get custom cartridges made at AtariAge?
  23. Can we do a custom order (physical cartridge) of this at AtariAge?
  24. I love these cart shells....... Is there a chance of seeing Atari 2600 shells in the future?
  25. A Fast Food hack that came out just in time for the new Ghostbusters movie.

I love the look of the Stay Puft Sprite.
