Sort of lost interest in pop culture after 2003 or so. My co-workers discuss the newest superhero movie and I'm looking for a new band or movie from the 80s to discover. The era seems more genuine. Today's culture is throwaway; lots of CGI, pop music, but little substance. YMMV.
