You were exposed to the amazing world of real 3d before you played the fake 3d SMK.

Obviously games get better and better as time goes on, and 16 bit pseudo-3d games are bound to look awful. Knowing how to appreciate that is all about retro gaming. I like Super Mario Kart; the weird handling is hard to get used to, especially if you're used to the smooth controls of mother MK games, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty damn exciting. I still play it from time to time, although not so much these days because I got rid of my SFC for a SNES and I have SMK only on SFC.(which means I have to take the game apart every time i want to play)

@bluejay You can apparently rip the little tabs out of the North American SNES to play SFC games. Not sure what happens with the PAL SNES, though, and I've only ever owned an SFC (just got a second one on Saturday, actually).

@Steven Pendletonyou can, but I'm to lazy to. The PAL SNES is pretty much a SFC so I think it's compatible with SFC games.
