I cant say for sure but I got the system working. The guy I sent it to said it works at first but then stopped working.  All the connections on the ribbon cable were broke so I soldered them and its working now. I didnt test for long so maybe it will stop working again.

i got the bios swap mod done but certain ntsc games are locking up.
