Also working...My friend said I should stop by,  but unless we close early (pizza place),  I'll probably just head for home after work...Then take a shower,  eat, drink a beer,  watch a movie or series...Maybe play a video game...The Usual. 

My wife and I are headed to my brother and his girlfriend's house for late gift exchange followed by a small party of people coming to his place for new years.  We're luck we live a scant 5 minute walk from each other now.  Not sure if we'll still be awake at midnight.  It's hit or miss each year.  My wife and I think the last time we really went out and "partied" so to speak was when we were still living in Hawaii in our 20's and went out with some friends in Honolulu. We were in our mid/late 20's then and I remember even then, we kind of said to each other "Yeah...I think I've had enough of that".
