  1. I've been recommending the game to basically everyone I've met since I've first played the game (sadly lost a friend in the process because I keep pestering him to get it) but still, I'm pretty sure I'm responsible for about 2 sales of the game though lol
  2. What a deal, what an absolute meal deal
  3. Sorry for replying to this topic so much, I'm very passionate about this game and your work lol, anyway. Have you seen this yet? "RetroGameBoiz" mentioned your game in the description of their custom nes style Atari 7800 controllers!
  4. I know you're not planning any re releases of Rikki & Vikki but, I bet a Gameboy color version would be cool, many more people own a Gameboy color then an Atari 7800, and with the Gameboy link cable you could play multiplayer!.. I know you are done with the game but I had this idea earlier today and thought it was an interesting one.
  5. What the heck? Your game is hands down the best game for the Atari 7800! And after release already had some great reviews, I don't understand why they wouldn't want to support your excellent game >:O
  6. Why didn't you sell it on the atari age store?
  7. Wait a minute, does that mean if I get my atari s-video modded, (and also get the"pokey mod") pokey games will still have audio but Rikki and Vikki won't?
  8. I already had Rikki & Vikki on stream but wanted to support the Creator as well, also I wanted to be able to play the game with friends without sitting in front of my awkward computer, and so I could take it over places to play it at my little brothers house
  9. I'm at rank "space invader" now, Today is a great day :D

  10. This game really deserved way more attention
  11. Guess what I just bought? Some gum at the gas station. Also a copy of Rikki & Vikki!
  12. Fun fact, Double wide sprites are the best invention created by human or computer, It tops anything and everything else created by anyone or anything

@adam242 funny you mention that, I'm planning for my next Atari console venture to be an Atari XEGS!

XEGSs are nice, but if you're a newbie to Atari 8-bits, I'd recommend an 800XL. Better built than the XEs and just as capable. Easier to expand and modify.

@adam242 that's a very good recommendation, I'll look into that!

  13. I had an idea where all the reactions where double wide sprites, here's a mock up I created for fun!

  14. I kinda wonder what's the most stupid mod anyone has done to their Atari. Like, adding rgb lights all over it and giving it a mat black paint job to make it look like a modern pc dumb... Y'know?

I can't believe you remember, or found that. :)  My wife has been bugging me for years to make it light up. LOL  I may just stick a micro in it, running some NEO Pixels.

DaMN!  The Stained Glasss 2600 is Awesome!!!!!

Guess I missed that first time out.

  15. I have a budget of $40, what should I get?

(I was thinking of getting that awesome Bezerk Homebrew for the 7800 and Mrs Pacman)

  16. Everyday I question why people willingly buy Atari 5200's

The Atari 5200's architecture is based off of the atari 8-bit line of computers right? And most of the games on the 5200 are on the 8-bit, idk man. I guess I have no nostalgia for the 5200, but still it doesn't seem like the wisest investment lol

@John Stamos Mullet That's why I've not even bothered trying to post mine for sale. Just seems like a hassle.

      I've got to say-

We are forced to play(lol)Centipede in the 2600HSC this week, I accidentally improved my PB by about 20k somehow, yay!

Been meaning to get back on the 5200 a bit anyway, got it "off the shelf" yesterday, decided to give the 'Pede a go for the heck of it.

I don't have the trackball, goal is to break 20k with the stick, not, uhh, going great so far(eh, 15k, not bad), but tho it's really, REALLY difficult, compared to the 2600 version, it IS great fun, looks nice, plays "fair", tho again, it's stupid hard, and I kinda suck anyway...

      :P

  18. Kinda a random question but, what year was that tv made?
  19. I've been looking for a while and can't find anything useful, if you could send me a link to an s-video kit that would be pretty cool, but it would be even better if I could get one of you people to mod the console for me! (Name your price) thank you
