As a Canadian, I tend to see a big difference between "the mother country" and the rest of Europe. To my way of thinking there's a huge cultural gulf between the UK and the continent.

I never blamed anybody. Some people accused me of selling cds that do not work even though they are working.
That is a fact. I merely said, the discs were tested and worked when I shipped them. I merely protected myself. If it sounded like anything else, that may be due to the fact that english is not my native language.
It's also a fact that I always tried to help everybody with problems and in fact those who contacted me about it got help and can play the game flawlessly now.
If people prefer flaming somewhere where may not see it and not even care to contact me about their problems, how can I help?
And as I mentioned before, all the customers that contacted me about problems were able to fix the problems or get them fixed.
It was either by using a different drive and the same CD, by creating a backup of the working cd to a media their unit liked better, or by sending them a new disc in case of the limited edition problem when the patch was not available yet.
Just because you may not see that on public forums doesn't mean it was not done. Why do you claim the opposite if it's something you can not know about?
Again, if people don't even care enough to contact me and prefer flaming my efforts, I can not help them.

I am on the verge of buying the Ocean Depths CD and Double Feature from Songbird.
I need to know however, if the OD loading problems have ever been fixed like StarCat's Lost Treasure CD was.
I really want to buy this but I won't do it if I risk throwing $35 out the window. It would be better served buying something else.
JC, Double Feature is a Matteus game and ive heard of no reported faults. It was Matteus who fixed the other problem for Starcats "game" and is a quality product.
You might be best off just buying that one

I think Mathias deserves credit for this release, he has obviously not cut corners in any department as the box, instructions and disc are all high quality. The disc is 100% reliable, the menus are very sharp and the music and sound effects fit perfeclty.I hear what your saying regarding pushing the console and your right this / these games dont push the Jag to its limit in any way but they are fun and a welcome break from high ocatane 360 gaming!. What this release offers is a very well pollished example of how a homebrew should be made and marketed and i hope we see more from this team.

What a steal! Its a great game enjoy it.
The seller may have got a higher price by selling overseas rather than just US, us Brits are known to spend a bit on Jaguar stuff.

Same here but the list in the link only goes up to 65 so fingers crossed we are in the 100. The email confirmation I got from Federico was December 30th so that would time in roughly with the order list so far.
