[FA: Spiderman Nr 65 Videopac / Odyssey2]

Thanks for the replies, it's a shame these prototypes are not public after a first limited release (with which the owner can make some money on his prototype). The limited release keeps it's value, and this way other collectors can play the game as well.

 

On the vectrex scene we have the same with a few prototype games (Pitcher Duel comes to mind), which I would like to see dumped.

Is the BIN of Spiderman for the O2 avalible to the public? I would like to try this game before commiting any cash to a bid.

I have no idea, like I said I am not a Videopac/O2 collector. I read a post on digital press / www.digitpress.com but the site seems not available right now, so i can't link the forumpost about it.

I bought nr. 59 of 65 this year, don't really know why, because i don't have a videopac or odyssey

 

This is a release from a collector who has the prototype, so this is not a genuine cart. The game was never officially released.

 

I have put it on ebay starting at 25 euro (price was 27,50 euro). I don't know the Videopac market so i am being save on this with the startprice.

It gave my Mame plans a boost. A 50% Galaga cabinet!

On the reviews: I am working on a rating system so people can add their rating. I am not a script wizard, so i have to find something usefull on the web. I have added a rating system on the first 3 reviews, but it''s not what i had in mind. (you can't see the result, only after you have voted, you can vote as much as you want, etc.). So tbc on this subject.

Getting back on topic...  There's a bunch of Vectrex reviews here.  Apparently there will be more shortly.

 

Personally, I think he underrates Scramble - how it can score lower than Starhawk I don't know.  But hey, he rates my games pretty high so I shouldn't complain.

 

BTW, Jeroen (owner of that site) sells some nice Vectrex T-shirts.  Only the larger sizes left, but that should be ok for you fat bloaters!

On Scramble: I agree, this was one of my favourites (and still is). The other reviews come close to my own 'ranking'.
