  1. And even before MGS, he was hot. I had a crush on him when I played the first Metal Gear back in the 80s. He didn't look that hot on the box (even though I thought Michael Biehn was sort of hot), but JESUS, him in the manual... The Worlds of Power novel gave his name as Justin Halley. It made men named "Justin" a turn-on to me.
  2. I believe it was renamed Elevator Action.
  3. LOVED Duran Duran! They were boss! Also, combining Duran Duran with video games again, when Castlevania came out, I used to jokingly refer to Simon Belmont as "Simon LeBon."
  4. I remember mine was dark and was lit by the game screens. The games were all jam-packed right next to each other, so you couldn't see the side art. Top 40 hits played through a stereo. It was awesome.
  5. Zoo Keeper definitely! As someone with autism whose ears were sensitive, I had to cover my ears when someone was playing that game. Surprisingly, I never had a problem with it when I was the one playing.
  6. Space Invaders. Aside from that, B&W arcade games scared me as a kid. I don't know why. I wouldn't get into video games until I got an Atari 2600, and it wouldn't be until Space Invaders that I'd get into arcade gaming - Asteroids was another one that didn't scare me, and Galaxian had color, so...
  7. Space Invaders. It was the only black and white arcade game that didn't scare me. Galaxian too, because it was in color.
  8. My bondage fetish came from seeing Superman get tied up in the comic books and seeing Batman and Robin tied up on the 60s TV show. I already was aware I had a fetish when I saw Ryu in that death trap.
  9. This game was ruined for me when I first heard of inflation fetishes... anyway, I used to play this one at my local arcade all the time.
  10. Pac-Man, at our local arcade in Brooklyn in about 1980. People were lining up just to play it. It was a sensation. Here's a more obscure one: New York! New York! I played this one at one of the arcades in New York (I forget its name) and I thought it was pretty cool there was an arcade game based on my city. Hmm... Major Havoc I first saw at a Chuck E. Cheese's. Star Wars at my local arcade. Vanguard probably at Chuck E. Cheese's again.
  11. I wrote a story back in 83 where the Teen Titans went inside Cyborg to fix a broken bone.
  12. Chuck E. Cheese was a haven for "bad kids" like me. The pizza sucked, but I didn't care about that. I liked the arcade games. There were a lot of more obscure games there like Major Havoc. And there were some cocktail cabinets. I loved that place... last time I went, it was full of redemption games (aka kiddie gambling.)
  13. It might be shocking to you, OP, but I have your fetish too. It stemmed from reading comic books and watching cartoons with the plot when I was a kid. I just loved how the insides looked and they made me feel good. I think it was the colors too, or it might've been a love of tight spaces. Around my teenage years, I came to the conclusion it was a fetish because the thought of being inside a hot guy always turned me on.
  14. If there is a character playing a video game in a TV show, chances are you'll hear the 2600 Pac-Man sounds.
  15. I remember playing this game in 1983 like it was yesterday. The commercial for it always cracked me up. As a Star Wars fan, I had to have it. The arcade game was awesome, too.
  16. I thought the Journey Escape music was mind-blowing as a 12 year old. Nowadays it's so primitive... but hey, we were easily impressed back in the day!
