    Thanks, I managed to get the pot out. It was lightly glued into the plastic surrounding it, lightly rocking it broke it free. The pot is pretty simple inside, there is nothing that can be done to increase it's resistance at the high end. I turned the POKEY pot all the way up and made the joystick playable in Missile Command and Gyruss. I'd still like to find good replacement pots. Please reply here or PM me if you know of a source.

    The up/down pot of my controller goes from about 16 ohms to 381 K ohms. This is way below spec according to the manual and causes it to not have the full range. Is there a way to clean or refurbish these pots, or are replacements available? How can they be removed from the controller?

    HI, my 5200 is missing the controller door and I'm thinking of making a new one out of plexiglass. Does anyone have a loose door they could take pictures of and post? I'm mostly interested in seeing how the hinge area looks. Thanks

    Thrust 1.01 works on my VecMulti. I believe the rom came on the SD card when I bought it. I just tried Thrust 1.2 from http://www.emix8.org/static.php?page=VectrexThrust and it does not work on my VecMulti either. Thrust 1.01 is attached if anyone is interested in it. Thrust101.bin

    Overlays are nice but not a huge difference.

    Thanks for the info. When I move the front ring I see the circled tab move exactly the same way, and I can't move the ring more than the small tolerance the circled tab has in the plastic notch. Does this mean the circled tab is stuck to the ring? Do you have any advice on how I can separate them?

    The front yoke ring has a small tab that fits into a notch on the plastic yoke assembly (see red circle). The ring can shift around but this small tab in the notch keeps it from rotating. I'm trying to adjust the horizontal position of the image and this is stumping me. I can adjust the vertical position with the rear ring. Has anyone reading this done this adjustment with the tab? What am I missing?

    Thanks, I got mine pretty close but I'm having trouble with the front yoke magnet tab. It shifts around but seems hung up on something that stops it from rotating. I have the clamp loosened and the rear tab rotates freely. I don't want to put too much force on it. Is there a trick to loosen it up?

    Hi, I want to center and align my Vectrex screen. When I use the test cart with overlay I'm not sure what is supposed to line up. The test cart produces an image of a grid. Is this supposed to fit within the inner, middle or outer box lines on the test cart overlay? Where should the bold lines on the top, bottom and sides fit? I appreciate any advice on making this adjustment. Thank you, Andy

    I just found the excellent Hera Primera inspired by Juno First. The graphics, gameplay and especially MUSIC are very good. Does anyone know more about it, or about the overlay mentioned in the comments to this youtube?
