Bump.
Gamecubes are pretty much made to order at this point, but I do still have a couple ready to go. I have the clear one and a black one ready, but silver and purple can be made up if requested.

Not mine but just found this:

Eh. I guess it's not a spectacular price. I bought something else from the same seller and saw that one.

Oh man this was an amazing bunch of gifts! This year my Santa was CaptainBreakout! I did not realize how many people live "close" by me. We live in the same state! Which is normally enough for most states, but this one is pretty long. Still a few hours away is a short enough drive to hang with someone that has similar interests. Perhaps my family and I will make the drive soon to say hello!
I got excited and opened what I consider to be the wrong one first, because... See below.
But wing commander 3 for the 3DO is perfect. I don't have many games for my 3do so this was a very nice addition and I'll be playing this as soon as I find the time.
Everything else was set aside for Christmas Day so I didn't get myself too worked up, but I had this one wrapped with Sneaky Peeky wrapping paper! The game was Sneak and Peek! Haha that's awesome. I really should have opened this first. It felt like a great Segway into the rest but I missed that opportunity. Oh well. I'll pay attention next year. Haha.
Here's the rest! I got a wireless N64 controller. This is perfect because I've been trying to add to my wireless controller collection. OEM controllers are great, but there were never really any (good ones) for our beloved consoles.
The 8 track Christmas organ chimes will be playing next Christmas. My goal is to find an 8 track player over the next year.
Super 64 has been on my want list for awhile and Santa came through for Christmas this year. Thank you! It will go great with the wireless controller.
ANYTHING Zelda related is always a hit with me so this master sword lamp is going on my night stand. Haha.
Iron Soldier is an amazing gift, but bittersweet for me this year as the only thing I had of value was sold to a friend in order to make Christmas happen so I'll have to come up with another one soon in order to play this magical piece of gaming history.
Thank you so much for such a wonderful set of Christmas gifts.

There is only one problem. My Secret Santa did not reveal themselves. Please, I ask that you do reveal your AtariAge identity and take credit for this very thoughtful gift package.
And for all of you Secret Santas out there, both givers and receivers, have a very Merry Christmas!
Hey @Armscar Coder!!
I was your Santa this year. I am very happy you enjoy your gifts. I had a bit of help with the image, thanks to @CaptainBreakout, but my wife has a hobby of her own where she does custom tee shirts for friends and family. I figured we could come up with something to have a unique fit to your tee shirt request.
I'm also glad I could come through with the calculator. I was really trying for boxed stuff this year so you'd have some nostalgia while opening your gifts. That one was the second one I ordered.... the first had to go back because it was not working. I hope that one last you many years!
As for the games, I read up on your posts and saw that you were interested in Xevious and you said at one point that was the only reason you considered getting a 7800. I hoped that one would be the right gift for you to play on your 2600+.
BTW, how did that go?
You mentioned memories with your bro on the NES, and I wanted to share mine. Our favorite was Tetris! We still have contests to see who can get the higher score. He's my older bro, so naturally he can still beat me in the first sitting.

I received a package today, individually wrapped with Santa's affection. I'd put them under the tree, but like most of the rest of you, I have cats. I'm not sure about yours, but mine like to eat anything not flat. If it sticks out, they'll start chomping.
In the meantime, please see my fireplace with our stockings hung.
And our furry turds

Bump with new items, removed sold.

I bought these on AliExpress. I think I had 2 bad ones. As long as you install sockets first, you'll be able to swap them in and out if any are bad. They worked fine on my colecovision.

Did you end up with one? I can help you out. I think the first thing I ever picked up on this site was a disc drive from you. I have one of each color. Let's talk

If you split the rest of the stuff up to tanooki, I might be interested in the 3d adapter. I have the glasses but I don't think I ever picked up the adapter.

So I have a Dreamcast that was dropped or hit or something. I bought it as parts but it needed a new power supply. After that it powered and worked fine over VGA on a flat screen. Come time to play it on crt, I only had a composite cable. It had crap video, almost like it was scrolling. I took it apart and thought to check everything inside. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Nothing burned up, no broken solder that I could see. Continuity between all contacts on the video output.
So I ordered an svideo cable and it works fine over svideo. Different cable still won't support composite. Also, I tried both cables on a different console with the same result. Image attached.
Is there a composite video amp or chip that's separate from s video or VGA?
Any advice is appreciated.

It's a 7812, 12V regulator.
Check diodes as well, they go pretty hot.
The voltage rectifiers? Is there any way to get those in the original footprint, or would I open them or remove the whole thing and replace them?
Thanks for the info on the 7812. I wasn't sure if that was it, or if there was something whacky involved.

Anyone know which VR this is? It's in a early model channel F and there's only this one. No other VR. Would that make it a 7805? Or is this a 12v VR?
Symptoms of this console is zero signs of life. No red LED, but there's power to the switch. Volts seem low at the VR, so I'm guessing it failed. I want to replace it, but I don't want to use the wrong one. Google was no help for the ua77m12 and even less help when adding the rest of the info.

Crazy that as long as that thing sat in the sun or around cigarette smoke, they still had a PC lock on it. hahaha
OH wait that's the RF switch. Wonder what was attached to it for so long to block out the yellowing

How much for N64 consoles?

Local pickup only? I'd pay for shipping on the pi400 if you change your mind

Any interest in a red Pokemon X and Y version 3DS with a couple of games? I am at work now and just thought of it. Pics will come later today. The console is just basic. Nothing modded. If I remember correctly you need to link a NNID and I don't want to do that before selling it off. There is also a small crack on the shell surrounding the hinge. From online images I can tell the plastic does not seem to connect directly to the hinge. It's just a cover. Should not impact the functionality of the hinge in any way. I will make sure to get good images of the issue.

Looking for an N8 or the like. Does anyone have an sd card cart they would be willing to part with? I found out about a Jay and Silent Bob game recently and want to play it, but also many others.
Have a bunch of stuff to trade if that's your thing, or if you have one that doesn't cost an arm and/or leg, please send a DM.

I'm pretty sure I have a board with a cord attached. Would that work? No shell but I am pretty sure I have the components

Bought a turbo tap for a great price.
Communication was great, and response time was spectacular. The tap looks awesome too. Just how it was described.
Thank you!
