  2. Looking to buy the last Fairchild Channel F game I need to complete the full set! Comment below if you are open to selling a copy.
  3. Hi everyone! I am looking for the last Emerson Arcadia 2001 game to complete my set. I am specifically looking for Space Mission in either loose or CIB condition. I know this is a longshot considering the rarity of the game, but if anyone has it please comment or message me! I am happy to pay what it is worth.
  4. Funny story! I was able to reach out to a private seller on Pricecharting.com who I knew had GST (CIB), and I was able to significantly negotiate downward on the price thank god. I also was able to snag Spiders (CIB) from the same seller as well! I also have Red Clash coming in the mail soon from a different seller as well, so all I need now is just Space Mission and will complete the set! It is kinda surreal to almost have a set that only a handful of collectors have managed to complete.
  5. Hey everyone! I just wanted to let anyone know who was interested in collecting for the Arcadia 2001 that a seller on eBay has listed both Grand Slam Tennis and Spiders (both CIB) which I am pretty sure is the first time in forever that they have been for sale on the site. I have done business with this seller before, and he is very negotiable on prices! Here are his listings for anyone who is interested since I already have both of them CIB! Grand Slam Tennis (CIB): https://www.ebay.com/itm/134109388912?hash=item1f398ae070:g:tKYAAOSwGVNidbxE Spiders (CIB): https://www.ebay.com/itm/134109440215?hash=item1f398ba8d7:g:IeQAAOSwQ7Bidc7F
  6. I will take it! Can you post pictures of it first though?
  7. Hi there! I know this post is very very old, but would you happen to still have Red Clash for sale?
  8. No preference of Loose or CIB! As long as we can work out a fair deal. PM me!
  9. Hi everyone! I am on a quest to complete the Fairchild Channel F library and I am over half-way done to being done with the NTSC set. I am looking for the following carts: - Videocart-7: Math Quiz II (Multiplication & Division) - Videocart-15: Memory Match 1, Memory Match 2 - Videocart-19: Checkers - Videocart-20: Video Whizball - Videocart-22: Slot Machine - Videocart-23: Galactic Space Wars - Videocart-24: Pro Football - Videocart-25: Casino Poker - Videocart-26: Alien Invasion I certainly recognize that these are the rare/pricey games (I will be surprised if anyone has Videocart 19 for sale). I am looking to strike some deals/trades! Comment down below if you have these carts.
  10. No worries, figured I would ask anyway! I am so close to completing the Arcadia 2001 library. I am missing Soccer, Space Mission, Red Clash, and Grand Slam Tennis. I just recently picked up a CIB Spiders (Emerson) for $110 which i am pretty sure is a holy grail deal considering a loose copy of Spiders is listed on eBay right now for $775. This is an awesome set to collect for since I am quite the patient collector.
  11. I certainly know I will! I just secured a CIB Spiders (Emerson) this past week for an incredible price though which I know is a holy grail (got it for $110, eBay has the Emerson variant loose for like $700 holy shit!). I have every other Emerson Arcadia 2001 game besides those 4. Idek whether to count Red Clash since I have heard that less than 30 copies are known to exist. It has really been Soccer and Space Mission that have been very hard to find for me plus GST. I will keep hunting though!
  12. Hi there! This is a long shot, but I am wondering if you still have this for sale? I am very interested in making an offer!
  13. Hello! I am looking for the following Arcadia 2001 games (Loose, w/Manual, or CIB): Soccer (Arcadia 2001) Space Mission (Arcadia 2001) Red Clash (Arcadia 2001) Grand Slam Tennis (Arcadia 2001) Willing to negotiate a fair price on these games!
  14. If anyone was curious two years later, it was the AC adapter and the new one I got worked perfectly! Thanks for the help y'all.
  15. Here is an image of it for reference, please let me know if you would be willing to part with one.
  16. Yeah these things are ancient! It is funny though that of all the consoles I owned throughout the years, this is the only one that has given me any form of trouble. Maybe that is why it failed lol. I will update this thread once I get the AC adapter, should be around next week.
  17. Hmm interesting. I think I should clarify that the console was off when the AC adapter stopped humming. Could this mean the switch box could be causing a problem them or the console circuit board? I am honestly at the point where if the new AC adapter im getting off ebay does not solve the problem, I want to find someone who can repair this.
  18. Yeah I am pretty sure the switch box is totally fine. When I was playing it, i only noticed the AC adapter making an audible humming noise which I know is not normal. In addition, I believe it is the correct model of AC adapter (CO18187). Oh well, I can't do much yet until that damn power adapter comes in the mail! I'll update this thread when I test it out.
  19. Hey thanks for the response! I can now make the determination that it is most likely the AC adapter. In fact, it is reading very low (around 1v to 2v) at the end of it which definitely means that something within it is broken. I was just concerned for a bit that the console or switch box itself was causing the power issues. I just ordered a power supply for a bit cheaper on eBay first so I will see if that one fixes the issue. Is there anything else that could be causing this problem in your opinion or is it with a 99% likelihood the AC adapter? Sorry I am new to the Atari 5200 and I just want to make sure its not fully broken.
  20. Hey everyone, I just picked up an Atari 5200 today off Facebook marketplace and it was working just fine this evening! After I got done playing it, I noticed the power supply was making a faint humming sound indicating that it was electrically charged. I was concerned about it, but I figured that was normal for an old power supply to make that noise. However, I eventually noticed that the power supply stopped making the humming noise. When I tried to turn the console on again, it would not power on at all. I tried different outlets and none of them solved the problem. I initially thought the problem was the switch box because I know they can be very finicky. However, I am more inclined to assume this is a power supply issue. I was able to use a multimeter to test the power supply and I found that it was not sending the correct signal of 9.3V DC to the switchbox (instead it was sending 150-160). I believe this means that the transformer broke within the AC adapter. Is there an easy fix for this or should I just cave in and buy another power supply off eBay? I'm just concerned that the problem won't actually be the power supply and it will instead be the switcher. Any advice or insight would be appreciated!
