I'm sure everybody checks the Epic store constantly but don't miss this one
Pillars of Eternity - Definitive Edition

It's called the scarcity principle and it's deliberate, it's basic marketing and if you’ve taken Psych courses like I have you’ll know why they do it, businesses have been using it for decades don't believe dumb asses on the internet who say 'it’s a myth'. My opinion believe what you wanna believe just never get duped into paying more than you should for anything.
This has been free many times but it's free again

I've read that some of them are getting too hot & smoking but I think that's not true at all.
If it is somehow (I cant see how) then...?

edit: That video shows it sitting first on a wood frame bench. Looks like they are feeding it smoke.
Yeah later on I got the screen that says victory with ones and zeros not sure if that's the real ending or not. The heart is brutal, requires some luck because you really need to get the right combination of cards I don't think I'll be able to do it again with the robot, just don't think I'll get that set of cards again.
Just beat Slay the Spire but I can only beat it with one of the characters. To say it was brutally hard is an understatement but it's possible with the right combination of cards and sticking with one character to learn the best deck to do it. Great indie game that came out a few years ago.
In my opinion they just don't play very well, some of them do but just don't prefer to play them on there. The only ones I currently have are really old stuff like Phoenix, Scramble, Montezuma's Revenge, Moon Patrol and an older adventure clone called Pixa. Can't remember what else I've downloaded over the years.
Can't stand the storefront. I found having a ton of data on the PS4 also slows things down quite a bit, whether it's on the hard drive or an external or whatever but their storefront has always stunk imo.
The original creator is bringing it back I played it on my iPad and it's VERY well done especially in retro mode. The controls ain't bad on a touchscreen but I bet on PC it'll be perfect was a big fan of this game, I bought it for pretty much every system I owned.

If it turns out good then for me that means:
They don't do exclusives and MS pushes them to get off their ass and get an Elder Scrolls game out the f@cking door before the world ends.
Todd's (Bethesda chief Todd Howard) blog is full of cuddly reminiscing:

I have to say Morrowind was pretty remarkable on the original Xbox I didn't think it would play well back then, but it worked well with a controller etc.
Beat Dishonored 2, kind of like the story from the first one better but overall not too bad a few levels were annoying. Good but if anybody were to ask me I would say play the first game with all the DLC's. Sigh, if only the Thief series could be this well made as I prefer that setting a lot more. Damn you Ubisoft.
Changed my mind, just saw the specs on the S on some site, 500 gig drive….forget about it. Someday will get the disc based version with the extra space slightly better gfx but definitely will wait for sales and a price drop so it will be a while for me. Not sure I 'need' one since there's really nothing I can't play on PC already, Halo Master Chief Collection on Steam was the icing on the cake for me. Just so ingrained in buying new consoles for so many decades. One of my favorite console launches was Super Nintendo and Xbox 360..waiting in line at electric avenue Montgomery Wards for the former.

I'm putting that $500 to a new PC not a console, Zen 3 is right around the corner and will pick up the $299 console. I'm done with physical media which is surprising for me to say, thought I'd never say that. Really like what Microsoft is doing making Xbox games available on PC and Accessibility options as well as backwards compatibility they've done a great job all around for years now.
