How could Samurai Shodown look "SNES" level when it had the sprite scaling from the arcade? Sure, it was kinda choppy, but it was leagues better than no scaling at all 😂

Some 3DO games really did show off the machine's beefy hardware when compared to SNES and Mega Drive. A couple of examples are Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Samurai Shodown and Wolfenstein 3D (Even better than the Jaguar version in my opinion)

The graphical conversion looks great! It's a tad squished, but I don't mind it. Do you think we can spruce things up with the tiles using those extra colors?

I'd say Pitfall, Pitfall II and Ms Pac Man. Stargate was also an excellent conversion for the Atari 2600 -
Or...you know, make an enhanced MARIA graphics chip with better 320 modes 😛

Honestly, I really prefer the low-res version (These colors are not as jarring, for one thing). If you've having difficulties you could use Of Myths And Monsters' graphics, since they were made with a tiny screen in mind. The 7800's 160 modes even have slightly higher resolution! You'll just have to apply color on them

Damn, what a shame...I'm sure the Falcon could do a very good replica of this game (Among other CPS1 titles), maybe not arcade perfect but really close. I think its CPU alone is more powerful than the arcade board's?

The TIA music in the prototypes is pretty terrible, to be honest. I doubt people would be able to tolerate it long enough
