I did suggest way back in the thread that if he insisted using these backgrounds to maybe make the rotation much more subtle, clearly that was ignored, just like all the feedback Jeff ever gets. Oh yeah agreed, the gameplay looks utterly dire, like, really really bad, as you say, unplayable. I can’t see that changing to be honest. I think the most we can hope for is a “game” that’s worth leaving on attract mode in your game room (assuming it has an attract mode). It may look a little pretty running in the background, but forget actually picking up the joypad and trying to play it, that appears to be a recipe for disaster. Of course the above is assuming anyone who is dumb enough to purchase it actually receives their copy.

Personally, on this occasion, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and believe your explanation, I can understand you using the sounds as placeholders for now. I am curious though, what happened to you agreeing with everyone on Page 4 that the rotating backgrounds look awful? You said they would be changed to static…yet they are still here…looking just as, well, awful… Can I ask a genuine question though?. You are clearly still frequenting the forums regularly, why are you choosing to stay completely mute on the threads where people talk about not receiving games they have paid you for?, or the realisation that you appear to be selling games that are not yours to sell? I get that this is your thread about your ‘game’ so of course you will comment, but maybe you should also provide some constructive input on the other topics involving yourself.

If I was to hazard a guess it would be that Jeff is communicating directly with people outside of his ‘website’ and offering to sell them pirated games. Who knows what else he has sold? We can only speculate.

According to the site, yes, but you will probably end up with two outcomes, and this is based on many members feedback and personal experience. A. It will never ship and you need to get a refund from PayPal B. Maybe it will eventually ship after waiting days and days with no order update whatsoever, and only then after threatening to file a PayPal refund. 2. Is it safe for me to buy from them ? See above with regards to actually getting your item. As for ‘is it safe to buy from them’ from the context of is it safe for your mental wellbeing and having to deal with the regret of spending your hard earned cash on a pile of garbage game and packaging…that’s very debatable. 3. Will I get my items for sure ? See answers to question 1. 4. When I’m in the website, I can’t find a way to add the items in a cart like I have to pay each item separately ?! Sorry, can’t help with that one, but considering the website looks like it was built with Frontpage 98, I am not surprised you are having this issue. 5. Do you guys know any website or place online that sell (Homebrew games )? because I’m still looking for many many homebrew games for my collection 😭 Try the AtariAge store of course, or the Songbird Productions store. You said you were leaving, nobody berated you or made any nasty comments, you just left silently, and all was well, AA returned to a more normal and peaceful place again. Then you return and within minutes we are back to the same old incoherent garbage, with you basically bringing the forums down. If you have nothing normal to say in public then just say nothing, communicate with all your member friends privately. As a previous member of numerous ‘exchanges’ with Jag_Mag, one of them in this very thread, I can concur that this has indeed all been an act. I myself only found out in the last few days. The reality is the man behind the persona is actually a very decent, friendly and kind individual, who is also very intelligent. Was it the right idea to go with this charade and fool everyone?, it wouldn’t have been my choice, I have advised him of that and he agrees…hence the admission. I‘m sure there are others who had suspicions, now it’s out in the open. Hopefully everyone on these forums can move on from this and enjoy lots of sane input from JM, as well as some interesting Jaguar games.
