yes i can create a bootable linux USB to do this but i want direct support from the home screen just like how plex is an app inside the VCS

Hi Guys I See Plex on the home screen avaliable for the VCS so why no KODI support. 

I do prefer Kodi over Plex. and kodi is supported on the nvidia shield and other streaming platforms can even put it on a Amazon fire stick.
