  1. It's less noticeable on a dark background.
  2. I would give a 10/10 rating for the design.
  3. That's not the problem you're mentioning, and it doesn't flicker continuously, just once. Take a look at the example in the video. I've noticed some other things as well. Could it possibly be related to my PC? For example, if the "gosub" isn't close to "drawscreen," the game doesn't work on the Atari, even though the emulator doesn't show any errors. But that's a different topic. Watch the video, and when a new item appears, all the sprites skip and flicker. In the video, due to the aspect ratio, it may not be visible every time, but in reality, every time a new item appears
  4. When, for example, a sprite jumps from y 140 to y 30, all the sprites located between y 30 and 140 flicker, including the one that jumped. This is happening in the DPC+ kernel. So, let's say: player3y = 140 player2y = 50 if joy0fire then player2y = 30 When someone presses the button on the joystick, player2 will jump to position 30, but all the sprites on the lines in between, as well as player2, will flicker. Is there a simple solution for this?
  5. This game inspired by the popular live stream ZeroPage Homebrew, where you'll have the opportunity to play as James O'Brien. Have fun controlling a cat as it collects various items. I haven't invested much time into this game; it's simple, but also fun. You can download the game via the link. https://www.prijedor-x.com/meooow.html
  6. Did you manage to finish the game? One person has completed it and sent me a picture of the game ending.
  7. If people like this game, there will likely be a sequel. The sequel has two ideas: in one, the main character would be a hedgehog so that it wouldn't be slow, and the other would be "Caramujo Brutal," where a snail would go with a handheld grenade launcher and blow up, for example, a hedgehog with blood animation. This current game has been created to be as unique and original as possible, which is difficult in today's time. I am aware that some people may not like the fact that the snail is slow, but I believed that this kind of game needed to exist.
  8. Exactly, the game is much more enjoyable to play than to watch. Even though I made it myself and I love playing it The game has potential, and it's very possible that it will have a sequel.
  9. Share the picture when you get the cartridge. I'll also order one for myself later because I think this game deserves to be on a cartridge. I've heard that Atari Age is a bit slow, but what can you do Thank you very much for the donation
  10. The video game "Caramujo" for Atari 2600 has been released, and you can download on this link. https://www.prijedor-x.com/caramujo.html This is a video game where you must guide a snail through an adventure, encountering both friendly and hostile animals along the way, to help it reach its goal.
  11. I tried the game the other day on Stella and there was this bug. If I remember well
  12. My next game will have a storyline set in a nursing home. You can only imagine what kind of game it will be

  14. This game is a mix of a platformer with adventure and strategy, and in one part of the game, there is some sort of shooting involved. In the first three levels, the snail must reach the key to unlock the platform that will transport it over a gap to the other side so that it can proceed to the next level of the game. In the fourth level, the key unlocks a butterfly that carries the snail to shoot at a bee in the next stage, with the aim of hitting the key that needs to be pushed towards the snail to pick up. That's what I'm currently working on in this level, i.e., building the game. So, what is unique about this game, and maybe even original, is that the snail is slow, but its jumps are not, so while playing the game, you don't have the feeling that the snail is slow.
  15. I'm creating a video game which I named Caramujo, which means "snail" in Portuguese. I don't feel like writing much now I'll add more content later.
  16. I wonder if anyone has managed to reach the end of the game. I've come close twice myself, even though I created it and know what's at the end, I'm still excitedly struggling to reach the end.
  17. In the first version, the time limit is used to prevent the player from holding onto the ball for too long and to make the gameplay more dynamic. I also considered such scoring, but it's not in line with the game's title or the scoring system in real basketball. Although it may not be crucial, I decided to stick with the current scoring system.
  18. The second version of the game has now been released. You can download both versions here.
