[is this normal?]

I ordered a copy of jag zombies 2 and a cartridge of starquake in March from Jeff and have still yet to receive my games? I've emailed a couple of times. Have I just been scammed? I don't want to be difficult because I appreciate the great work the developers are doing but how hard is it to stick a game in the mail or respond to an email?

They just got back to me and apparently it has been dispatched to some shipping company they use for international orders and hasn’t been dispatched from their office yet. They asked for one week longer. I will reserve judgement.

Hi guy, I’m pretty new to the jaguar scene but I’ve been picking up all the cool new fan releases and I have been having difficulty with Piko interactive regarding my order for switchblade. I ordered my game on March 13th and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I msgd them over Etsy a few days ago and have heard nothing. I can open a claim with Etsy over this but I really just want my game. Not trying to annoy anyone. Any suggestions on dealing with these people?
