It's been an amazing couple weeks for teaching. I have a 7th grader who just made his first frame in 2600 ASM, and I have a 6th grader who successfully began a direct to Calculus path. We started with functions and limits, integrated his understanding of slope, learned binomial powers, and learned the proof for the power rule of differentiation. Only way I could be happier is if I had more students to put on these paths.

I've got some card stock. I'll dig it out tomorrow and make one of those. Looking forward to getting the game when it hits the AA store. It's a tankless job, but somebody's got to do it.

Will update when they are either working or declared deceased. I may have to sell off a few but I'm trying to keep as many as possible for my museum project.

Not retroactively, only if they want to continue to distribute it using the current version of unity or if they update it to versions yet unreleased, regardless of when the game itself was released. -

@Jess Ragan Through Prime video. Just turn on channels when they are on special only. Sometimes it's a special for one month, sometimes it's for three months. Just make sure you turn it off within the last moth of the promotion and you will get the whole month and not get charged again. Seems that the more I use only the promo periods, the more they offer them to me. I just finished 3 months of MGM+ for $0.99/month. Two months ago, I finished HBO for $5.99/month for 2 months; Showtime before that. It costs $14-16/month and I usually have one or two prime channels in addition to the regular prime content.

Cool. I'll make one of those for a test run. I'm going to try a nylon switch plate first. I think the smoother surface will take the decal better. I will also look for extra smooth metal ones. No worries if you don't like the final product. I have many places through the house and in any of six outbuildings in which I can use them.

I really like this one, I can extend the top and bottom with a bit of black to get full coverage.

@ClassicGMR I've been toying with crops and with rearranging some of the elements, but I just can't come up with anything acceptable. How about I make this on a double-gang switch plate? There's also the option of the box art or the entire front of the arcade machine for a single plate, but that may be too tiny for good detail.

Maaaan that AT-5200 controller sure is sweet. Self-centering for some games and loosey-goosey for others.
Really enjoying missile command on my 5200 now.

Got a cousin who got married. He's throwing a wedding shower after they get back from their honeymoon and they get settled. Thinking about gifting them a modded 2600, joysticks, paddles, and a rack of games.

Dig Dug is the first game I bought with my own money. I'd gone into the game store for years to look and put stuff aside so I could get my mom to buy it for my birthday or Christmas, but Dig Dug was all me.

I'll toy with the pic a bit and post first. I don't do this for money but thank you. It shouldn't be too much. Let me investigate and get back here tonight or tomorrow. I think I may have to do a white metal plate and just print the black region. Just using a regular printer so no white ink. I'll hit it with some matte sealer too so they will last and can be cleaned. Going to make a dig dug one for myself.

@ClassicGMR @sramirez2008 you pick the pictures and I'll put them on a plate. I'm assuming black metal plates. Just cost (plate, transfer, ink) plus shipping plus $1 each for the kitty, hope that's fair. Probably cheaper to amortize the shipping over a few plates, plus that way I can buy a contractor box of plates.

Nice, I really like the arcade sign. I also got one of these too. It's still sealed until I'm ready to install it next week, but here's the stock pic: It's double-sided, 3D, and it lights up. I'm probably going to mod it with a uC and some LEDs, not sure though. Follow-up pictures when it's up. My awesome girlfriend got both of these for me.
