I play Lord of Conquest (MSDOS version) almost daily. It's a great way to kill a few minutes, but the C64 version was better, and is the version I played when I was a kid. I've tried a few c64 disk images that i've found, but they all freeze early, before the game even starts. Does anyone have a good disk image that works, or tips on getting them to run on emulators? I do have a couple copies of Lords of Conquest (1 opened and 1 sealed) and occasionally fire it up on real hardware, but, given it's age, I much prefer using emulators over the original disks (which, luckily, have been working flawlessly since the 80s ). I know I was a big part of the price being driven up. When the price got to $150 I started searching for the original artist and found this post. Didn't know these forums existed until the auction. I'm totally in for a set
