I have also found it does this with congo bongo (NTSC) and not the PAL version I tried Up n Down (NTSC) and Star Trek (NTSC) two other 8k SEGA game and it works fine i will try another emulator just to see if anything different happens.

I am using Stella 6.7 but i dont think thats why its doing this. I think you are right about it being something to do with scanlines their is another topic i believe where someone was having a similar issue with Tapper though i think it was a physical cart and issue with the display. I am not a very knowledgeable person to the more technical aspects of this.

I am having a issue with tapper for the 2600 using the stella emulator where the screen is jittering up and down rapidly. I have tried re downloading the rom and went through the settings and messed with it. I was wondering if any one else is having this issue or is it just me? If you know a possible fix please help thanks.
