[The Ultimate Intellivision Flashback]

I really like the theme used in Byte Knights video of his Ultimate Intellivision.  Where can I find this theme?  It doesn't appear to be included in the Ultimate Intellivision files.

With some of the more popular mini consoles like NES and Sega Genesis, there are ways to connect to a PC and add games.  Does anyone know if this is possible?  I'd love to add Lock'N'Chase to make this system complete.  It's the only game its missing on the flashback from my childhood.
