Check that both the SD card and cartridge are seated properly, and that the cartridge slot and card edge contacts are clean.

Yes hokey is installed and I have tried about 6 different sd cards ranging from 4 to 32g.. Also tried the card that came with another 7800 multicart it didn't work either.. Works perfectly on the concertio

[Concerto issue]

I have tried everything to make this work.. Multiple SD cards but I always get this when I plug it in.. also my MacBook never discovers the device despite trying to install drivers mentioned in this thread

Any ideas?
