Popeye 7800 for me please 🙂 I still remember playing it in the arcades.

I tried to order Bounty Bob from German Amazon, but it was "out of stock". Luckily I was able to get a copy on ebay. I wonder how many copies Amazon had.

I need to find it in the wild. We had recently Decathlon tournament, but with Atari joysticks it is really a physical workout 🙂

Fortunately, the old PCB still works well. Meanwhile I have dismantled and put together 2600+ so many times I could work for Plaion. 😜

Unfortunately, either my fingers are too clumsy or my PCB board does not fit into my 2600+, while replacing I could not fit the new board into the case. The reason is that the guiding gaps in the cartridge slots were too narrow for my case and I damaged the plastic parts inside the cartridge slots 😕 Here is the comparison of the old PCB (right) and the new one (left) The old one had gaps twice as large as the new one. Did you encounter the same issue? The new board also does not detect any game.

I would love to see - - Arkanoid/Krakout - 7800 version of Night Driver, I loved the arcade version - 7800 version of Space Invaders. Maybe also controlled by paddles? Call it Paddle Invaders and make it with Team mode, duel? Two against two? - Generally more paddle games, this is absolutely unique feature of Atari. - Midnight Magic controlled by paddles as promised on the cover box. - Medieval Mayhem is a hit in my family. We love to sit together and play it with my kids.

I hope they do not disappear. I play a lot 7800 games and I think it would be great to use the additional options.

Although I am not from UK I find your story relatable. Also had to work since I was 15 and never had time to play games until recently. So for me gaming is 8bit at most. 🙂

I am still waiting for mine to arrive. 🧐 Hopefully it did not get stuck in some customs.

Well, my 2600+ sits next to C64mini. There is not much room left. I admit since I got 2600+, the C64mini is mostly collecting dust.
