  1. Yes Ken has done an excellent job on this one like he did on Beef Drop.
  2. So how far off is the shipping of the latest batch of orders? I ordered one around 10 days ago and it was said to be another week and a half. lol I'm not in a hurry, just curious.
  3. Demon Attack River Raid Chopper Command Warlords
  4. I can think of several fighting games as well for the Xbox (Shrek, some super hero game....etc). My brother buys them for his kids because everyone can play together.
  5. I finally got a chance to really sit down and play this thing and I'd have to say it's a lot of fun and I don't normally like these types of games. $35 + S&H will be on the way.
  6. I put together a video of a little of the gameplay in the first level. Some of it skips to edit out some of my jumping around. I was playing the game on my computer through a capture card so the video was delayed by a second or two and hard to time my moves. The video is 42.6 mb
  7. So there were only two games made that support 4 players or am I missing something? The only ones I can find that support 4 players are: Super Breakout Beamrider That seems pretty pathetic. You'd think Atari would have made more than 1 game that supported 4 players.
  8. I could never kick field goals either. Just assumed it was a bug. Yes the music got completely obnoxious. It's a famous tune but can't remember the name of it.
  9. Ahh so that's why I can't throw to the guy at the top. Only press the button once. TD Football sucks anyway though.
  10. Thanks for sharing the video. That was really cool to watch......especially knowing what happened to them not long afterwards.
  11. $20 for something almost as good would be awesome.
  12. Haven't been around much for awhile. Just ordered it.
  13. I use the radica stick modded by Jay for me. Back in the day with my original 7800 I sent about 3 pairs of the proline sticks back to Atari as they were still under the 90 day warranty so I don't have much use for them now. The Radica is pretty cool unless people with small hands (kids) are trying to use it, then it can be a bit cumbersome. I need to get some 2600 sticks somewhere for 2600 games as they were always pretty comfortable. Actually the Wicos are my favorite of all time. They were probably the most durable sticks I've ever played with.
  14. looks like one of the version after I last tried this fixed my controller issues. woohoo!!
  15. Actually Pole Position II was the first game since it shipped with the console. The interesting thing is on the wikipedia page it's the only one listed with a 1986 date. wikipedia.
  16. I have just been playing this hack over and over and over and over again. I start off at the banana setting and it's just awesome.
  17. I can't get it to work with my CC2. Don't know what i"m doing wrong. I used the same menu line as regular Xevious. and also tried: 7800: Xevious Insane XEVINS78 7800_32K 78BIOS but that got the exact same result. some noise and the screen is all messed up.
  18. I don't think one exists yet. I don't think they've even got an NES emulator that works with sound yet.
  19. GTR certainly is a wee bit more complicated than 2600 racing games.
  20. I owned a K-6 processor once. You weren't missing anything.
  21. sounds like a really cool concept for a game.
  22. Got my CC2 bin file and it works great. The AtariAge logo is a nice added touch. I was waiting to get the bin to actually play the game as I'd rather keep my cart in good condition. Awesome job Ken.
  23. I don't get into bidding wars anymore. I use auctionsniper.com so I don't have to watch the auction and no one knows what my max bid is until it's too late. It doesn't really add that much to the cost either IMO.
  24. I just noticed that Beef Drop isn't in the rarity guide yet. I assume this is because it's still for sale?
  25. One on One is definitely my favorite game of all time. Basketball is my favorite sport and I just loved this one. #2 Xevious - Always liked the game in the arcade and the 7800 is pretty faithful to that version. #3 BallBlazer - Cool music cool split screen view. #4 Beef Drop - addictive game play. This is kind of a strange one because BurgerTime always looked like a dumb game and I never played it but playing Beef Drop proved me wrong. I used to love Joust on it but honestly after getting that game for my Genesis I can't play the 7800 version.
