Curt has around $10,000 worth of XM cases already. Basically what's being suggested here is he take those to Alamogordo and bury them. Like anyone would ever do that!

Tales from the Borderlands is a really good game. I got BTTF for free and think I barely made it out of Doc's shop before quitting.

Curt has said he'll have more for sale once the initial preorders are filled.

Since the XM shells are 8 years old are they considered NOS?

So basically the 3200 is this project that I vaguely remembered when seeing this.

Zen always adds a bunch of goofy environmental crap around their VR tables that makes them more expensive to produce. Maybe they think their customers expect that kind of over the top garbage and wouldn't buy them otherwise, I don't know. Personally that's why I bought Pinball FX 2 VR on Steam and then refunded it. I don't need a Delorean flying around me to make the experience worth purchasing.

Has anyone figured out how or where to purchase the exclusive NES controllers? My Son and I looked everywhere we could think of after signing up, but no such luck.
The only place to get them is through the Nintendo website. https://nesc.nintendo.com/nintendo-entertainment-system-controllers
Personally I'd read the fine print before ordering them. If you stop subscribing to Nintendo online they become paper weights and 8bitdo sells similar controllers.

If you go to Train Simulator on Steam and go to the Add All DLC to Cart button it says the price is $8,232.24
Personally I'd wait for a steam sale so you can get it all for about $2,000.

They were going to charge people to livestream their latest CitizenCon but backtracked. Otherwise no, they've never charged people to watch gameplay.

Maybe Zen will actually be able to get a license for the Indiana Jones table and not need to resort to e-begging to do it.

If someone has the high score cart or the CC2 since it has an HSC included that's definitely easier.

The HDR is well done in this game. Otherwise it seems like a typical FPS.

First post says he was going to do 6 the first month for testing and then once they were satisfied they'd ramp up production to maybe 20 per month with Curt doing lots of hand soldering. If they sold 200 that would still take almost 10 months to get them all out. I mean damn, Perry moved two weeks ago but, he's already supposed to have another update on this thing like he's getting paid for it.
edit: lol, looks like Perry posted something while I was working on a post.

Is this different from Descent Underground, or just a new name?
It's different. This was done by the people who actually made the original Descent and Descent Underground is being made by other people who got the name license from Interplay.

I saw this was in Early Access and then totally forgot about it until seeing this post. Bought it and it's pretty cool.

At one time I would have said Crusader: No Remorse but then GoG did that and wow the controls in that game are annoying now. Outlaws hasn't aged well either.

Those of us who are members of the Vast Atari-Hating Conspiracy also pee in reservoirs and make babies cry between AtariVCSbox updates because we have nothing better to do.
And let me tell you: we've peed in a lot of reservoirs and made a lot of babies cry lately.
Fish pee in reservoirs so why shouldn't I?

If a person already owns TPA on Steam they can still get to the store page to buy seasons but it's not searchable in the store.
On the Xbone I downloaded TPA and got Tales of the Arabian Nights for free since they haven't updated the app but none of the tables are buyable in the Xbox Store even if they're not from Bally/Williams. I'm guessing people will still be able to get Tales from the Arabian Nights until they patch the apps. Will be interesting to see if it vanishes on me after they patch it since I got it after 6/30.

I buy games on digital storefronts at huge discounts all the time. Last week Microsoft had some huge sales on many good games and just today another Steam sale started. I've never been the type to collect video games so I'd prefer to just download them since I live in a major metro area and can do that. I doubt physical games will be going anywhere for people in rural areas that are stuck with garbage download speeds. I'd guess the people in rural areas will be going to Wal-Mart though, not Gamestop.

That's a Gottlieb table though so it's not Goin' anywhere.

Sneak N Peak. My Grandpa got a 2600 for us grandkids and all the cheapest games he could find so he ended up with this game. It was fun cheating on my sister by peaking. The game was one of those "it's so bad it's good" experiences.

Oh, I understand the technical limitations. I think it's amazing that it works at all. What I'm asking about is how people (and not just us) FEEL about that.
does the average Xboxer:
A. Feel happy that this works at all (like it sounds like most of us do)
B. Feel pissy that there are only a few dozen titles a year
C. Don't care either way
(now that I've typed it in words, I think it's probably C)
I'm just happy it works at all. I've found I only care about old game for about 10 minutes and then ignore them again for years. There's also way too many fun new games out there these days for me to give a crap about old games I've already played a ton.

I get emails multiple times a week from Microsoft about a game that is enhanced for Xbox One X
I was pleasantly surprised to see Read Dead Redemption got a 4K update a few days ago. It's like nostalgia for back when the Xbox 360 was top dog.

Trial games (like the first of many levels) for the PC

Google PC demos. The Microsoft store has them for download as well as Steam like xenomorpher mentioned.
