I was pleasantly surprised to see Read Dead Redemption got a 4K update a few days ago. It's like nostalgia for back when the Xbox 360 was top dog.

Yep, Curt didn't use PayPal for XM payments because PayPal has screwed him out of a lot of money.

Would be interesting to see how many events could be added to an XM version of Summer and Winter Games.

I'd say you're both basically correct. It's not really a "donation" but good luck getting your money back since they've already spent it all. Here's what the Kickstarter TOS has to say about that: Personally I'm glad I had no nostalgia for this game or I'd probably be in the same boat.

I think somebody screwed up the US price on Steam because right now Season 5 is only $7.50 for the standard and $9.99 for the pro pack. Both say they're 50% off but they're 50% off the 50% off sale price. I was able to refund the Season 5 standard version and then re-bought the "Pro" version. $1 a table sounds about right for the Season 5 tables. Glad I happened to look in the Steam forum for this game and notice someone had lamented on paying $20 for the pro version instead of $10.

Space Duel for your emulator can be found here. I loved 7800 Xevious back in the day. Was annoyed that the gun and bombs were on the same button because I never bothered to read the manual. Didn't find out the difficulty switch changed that until I started posting here.

The way I find them is to sort the game roms by file size in explorer and borrow the bankswitch configuration from one of the games which is the same size. If it doesn't work I pick another one and try again. If a game is a hack of another game it most likely uses the same bankswitch file.

My Scorpio sticker edition came yesterday but I didn't ever get an Xbone so the only thing I have to compare it to is my 360. It's definitely more refined than that. Now instead of having an advertisement in one place they're pretty much all over the screen. It starts and shuts off a lot easier than the 360 did when using my Harmony 550 and it boots a lot faster. My favorite thing is how it doesn't have a disc tray, just a slot where they go in and a physical button to get them out. Otherwise it's a console that plays games like a console. I'll probably use it to watch movies more than play games, at least until Red Dead Redemption 2 comes out.

That's why I said "with" and not "in". People can decide if they want to plug it in and stretch the cord out to wherever.

Instead of making Kinect 2 they should have included a microphone with the console for voice controls since that's about all most people used it for.

Now I understand why my bank rejected the initial transaction since I was hit with a $6.63 foreign transaction fee. Apparently Analogue uses an international payment gateway. Add that to their already high shipping costs.
