I find the backlash against the PSP Go quite amusing.
I've got 4 PSP and 2 PSP Go. For me, the allure of the
Go is all about the form factor. Ultimately, I adore
the smaller screen and the smaller system design. I
love the capability to save any game at any point,
without having to wait for an in-game save point. It
really makes the system more pick-up-and-play in my
eyes, very important for quick gaming sessions on a
portable system.
Many people bashed the Gameboy Micro, saying that the
system was un-needed, faulting the smaller screen,
lack of original GB and GBC game compatibility, etc.,
but like the GO, it's a treasure in my collection,
and I'm incredibly happy that they were produced.
What one person may call absolute junk, can easily be
a valuable diamond to someone else. Of course, no
system is perfect -- even a diamond can have flaws.
But to me, I can still see a beauty, despite them.
