    So I've been watching a lot of neat microhouse/van-living and '100% rv' vids. Anybody here considered selling most of their stuff for life in a small space? I'm not going to, try it anytime soon, but I do think it's pretty neat.

    I seem destined to never having a good NES experience. I've had three from loaders with the blinking problem. Then a front loader that displays a blank grey screen more than it displays the games. Now a RetroDuo that won't play 1/3 of my games and has bad sounds, washed out colors on the others. (sigh)

      The NES cart connector is awful and doomed to fail no matter how many times you replace it and/or clean your games and system. Disabling the lockout chip helps somewhat but there really isn't a foolproof "Fix," other than the Toploader, clone systems, or what Rockin' Kat suggested.

      I'm glad you are enjoying it! It's a pretty interesting mod using those 3.5" car backup LCD's that are all over eBay and takes the video feed from the A/V out. The difference in video quality really is remarkable. http://bit.ly/oSx6UJ

       

      Nothing you can do about the Lynx though, I'm afraid. It's too bad though as I have the first model one that is all kinds of messed up. Guess I'll just have to turn it into a skateboard.
