Well what do you know, a video mod in the mail. Guess whining on the internet does pay off .. My apologies to 8bitdomain.com for the previous rant, hopefully you however do consider improving the quality of your service to something a bit more customer friendly. A bit off topic about the mod itself, proved to be a bit so-so quality. I mean, 50$ for a slightly tweaked CD4050 mod that doesn't even fit on the TIA socket without removing/bending some parts seems a bit steep for me.. Next up, I'll draw the board open and make a version that actually fits inside the 2600s I have.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from 8bitdomain to anyone. The service sucks. No item shipped confirmations, slow replies (or no replies at all) etc. Just use your money elsewhere. I ordered the 2600 mod halfway through february 2006 and haven't STILL received anything in the mail. At first there was a two-week delay because of some back order. After a month from this there wasn't anything in the mail and thus the package was assumed to have been lost in the mail. At this point 8bitdomain agreed to send a new one after which another month passed and still nothing in the mail. Now I don't even get replied to my inquiries about what the f**k is going on. Makes me think there wasn't anything sent to boot with, just playing time to get the transaction to go over Paypal's 45 day limit so that I can't place a dispute within the service.
